Scam. Hidden charges. Useless tests that offer no real insights. Difficult to cancel, won’t refund.
Nothing about this app is a breeze for the customer.

Bait & switch scam. I signed up for 2 dollars to unlock my results and got charged an extra $21. Absolutely gross to take advantage of vulnerable people.
After going after them for almost a week via email, reporting them for fraud to my bank and the ACCC, they eventually gave me my money back. If I had been overwhelmed by my mental health, there is no way I would have been in a fit state to push as much as I had to, which is another bad faith practice they are engaging in.
Please, if you're experiencing mental health struggles, see your doctor or a mental health professional - don't get involved with this business.
They asked me to update my review after eventually giving me my money back that they fraudulently obtained (not a 'refund'). So, here it is.

paid for a £2 test then same day they took another £15 then now another £25 is pending even though I cancelled whatever subscription they falsely put me on!
Update- breeze have reached out to me straight away and refunded me the £25 which is much appreciated and Iam very happy with how quick they have responded and resolved the issue.

I want to cancel before you take my money. It was an accident and I don’t need this

I should have read the reviews first! $14.99 CHARGED AND I NEVER APPROVED IT! YOU PEOPLE ARE THE LOWEST OF LOWS AND WON’T OWN UP TO YOUR THEFT Because THATS WHAT YOU GUYS ARE. THIEVES!!
And this back and forth with your support telling me I accepted I accepted WHEN NONE OF US DID! Why would we agree to “ donate” $2 to use the app then agree to pay $15??? Refund us the money because I am taking this to the police as theft and as well with all the other people reporting this on here, to every business accredited company to report you. Scum bags

Misleading marketing... I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription just paying a small amount for a test out of curiosity. I will be reporting online and leaving reviews for taking my money!
Customer Service did get back to me after leaving reviews. I did end up with a refund, so that's resolved. I still feel that they need to be transparent, people of tired of this sort of marketing.

All i would say is i find it quite worrying that there are so many people complaining of being scammed. Whist breeze acknowledge these concerns ive yet to see any reports of them refunding anyone. I was just about to join and thought I would check before giving my card details. Thank goodness. Hard for me to believe they really care about these people. It's a business. First and foremost. So trying to secure your fee is their only real priority.

They helped me quickly, efficiently, and were incredibly generous as well.

UPDATE:
*** They informed me by email that I would receive a full refund within 5–10 days, but I still do not see any refund in my bank account.

I signed up for what was advertised as a $1 trial for 7 days, followed by a $29.99 monthly subscription. During the checkout process this was the only pricing that was clearly presented.
However, immediately after signing up I was charged an additional $14.99 for a “guide” that was not clearly disclosed as a separate paid purchase during checkout. It appears to be presented as part of the onboarding flow, where pressing “Continue” confirms the charge, while the “Skip” option is easy to miss.
When I contacted support, they refused to refund the charge and claimed it was authorized because I pressed “Continue”. In my opinion this is a misleading checkout flow that results in hidden upsell charges.
I would strongly recommend that anyone signing up for this service carefully review every step of the checkout process, as additional charges may be added during onboarding.
This experience felt misleading and I have opened a dispute with my card issuer regarding the undisclosed charge.

They run a youtube ad for a Childhood Trauma quiz, it's a bunch of survey questions and at the end they ask you to select a donation amount for the results. Note that this page does not mention this payment is actually for a trial. After selecting continue the payment page is brought up, only if you scroll down do you see it is a trial with a recurring charge.
After making the payment, you are presented with another page for an add-on which is their email guides. This page only shows a button that says "Continue" when it loads. You must scroll down to find the skip option. If you mistakenly click continue thinking it'll just take you to the next page you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $15. It does not prompt you for payment again, it uses saved payment info, and it does not ask for any confirmation.
There are hundreds and hundreds App Store reviews and Reddit posts about this for over a year. They are very well aware of the issue and have changed absolutely nothing. They say sorry but their apologies are blatant lies, if they were sorry they’d have fixed the issue a year ago.

I did NOT purchase anything other than the $1 initial which then takes you into another screen where it offered that stuff. I closed the browser because it was making you purchase which I did NOT. It’s a dead-end page to where you had to accept the purchase with no choice to not purchase. So, the $14.99 needs to be refunded. I’ve already deleted anything to do with this website due to the shadiness in charging stuff. The $14.99 needs to be refunded or I will just turn it into the bank as fraud and alert our States Attorney’s office as fraud. This is a total scam. I’ll go ahead and file a police report as well due to the fraudulent charges.

Do not sign up for this website. I only intended to pay $1 for a quiz and did not knowingly agree to any monthly subscription. The billing process was not clear, and I was later charged for a subscription I never meant to join.
I contacted support immediately, explained that I had not used the service and asked for a refund, but they refused and only referred me to their terms. Based on my experience, the whole process was not transparent.
Please be very careful before entering your payment details on this website.
Update: After I raised the issue again, the company approved a full refund for the most recent charge. I appreciate that they eventually resolved it. However, I still believe the subscription terms and billing flow should be made much clearer, as this confusion does not appear to have affected only me.

I am livid. Breeze has charged me nearly 45 Euros for a subscription I didn’t even opt for. I agreed to a one Euro fee. The same day, my card was charged an additional 14.99 Euros. I immediately sent an email to their support department demanding a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Of course no response. Then, I cancelled the subscription in the app, got a confirmation saying that my subscription was confirmed cancelled. Guess what, the same day I was charged a whopping 29.99 Euros. DO NOT use this company. This is not legal. It’s fraud. My bank and BBB are now involved.

Awful Experience. These scammers are out of Cyprus and I’ve canceled and canceled and they refused to cancel. It’s tragic these Third World country monsters are making millions off of a scam and robbing us. And I will get the name as a reporter and let people know.

Avoid at all costs. For a company 'selling' mental health help they are vile.
Taking money from mentally unwell people is despicable and they should be shut down immediately.

Clickbait ads that are nothing like the website plus it’s all behind a paywall
