They excel with US orders but struggle…
They excel with US orders but struggle with EU orders. They can't print IOSS numbers, leading to VAT and Customs Duty overcharges. Their US-centric address system causes shipping issues, and address updates take time to reflect, causing delays. Not recommended for international shipping.
