A cowboy company who do not honour…

A cowboy company who do not honour their mattress warranty. I've had an UNO 1000 mattress, rated FIRM which is softer than soft. I've been through a paid engineer visit who agreed that the mattress is soft, yet Breasley invalidated the claim. This is despite raising the claim within 48 hours of the mattress being delivered and again recently. I've struggled with sciatica and back pain and a firm mattress should simply be firm.
For arguments sake, even after 2 years use the mattress should not become soft and should still give plenty of support.

According to the sleep foundation, the lifetime of a mattress should be between 6-8 years, not 2 days or 2 years. How the company cannot see this and choose to invalidate the genuine claim is beyond me.

The engineer reported that the mattress is soft but Breasley think this happens over time.

Even if a firm mattress becomes soft after two years and provides no support, this is a major concern and should be addressed, but the cowboy company wants to brush it all under the carpet.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Please read and boycot this company. Go elsewhere where you get a sleep trial and at least a decent warranty. Please be aware!

Why would I spend £47 on an engineer visit if I wasn't so sure about the mattress fault? The company treats customers like rubbish, not even willing to acknowledge my problem or offer a solution.
