He'll make you think deeper...

I attended 2 of Karan Sir's sessions till date but in those 2 sessions, he compelled me to dig deeper into the brand strategy and motivated me to crack live Branding examples of successful brand campaigns on the spot. He always tries to help us to think out of the box and in a strategic way. Looking forward to more sessions and more out-of-the-box thinking!!!!

An Outstanding Mentor

I have has the pleasure of working with Karan Rawat for 5 years. However, even though I never really reported to him as a manager, he was always of of my go to person when i faced a crisis at work.
Karan is an extremely positive and driven person, his go-getter attitude is infectious and definitely shows in his work.

I call him Harvey Specter

Being a computer science engineer when I entered this whole brand and marketing zone it felt like starting from zero again. Amidst all the cool work environment it was hard and trying to not know things other know and have experienced. Karan was the one who motivated me to enter this zone in the first place and he was there to make sure I learn too. Especially in this WFH situation where we generally work in silos it’s good to have someone to teach you the basics and who actually celebrates as you grow. I still learn from him and the best part is his willingness to teach even the most basic things n the attitude to push you when he knows you can. The best part is I still learn every time to talk to him. It’s like a lifetime subscription of learning.

Good teachers need great students. Cause when their students shine, the teachers get lit up. You are a gem of a person who submitted yourself to the whole process with full faith and dedication. Always, ready to give more than what was asked and that too with full heart and soul as a young professional.

Dot Connector and a story Teller

Had the opportunity to closely work with Karan for over 18 months. Being a person from an engineering background and passing out from an MBA institute, was never a great storyteller or deriving quick and concrete conclusions through data.
In today's world, everything is dependant on data and decisions cannot be made just on someone's gut feeling. Under Karan's guidance, had the opportunity to learn about consumer insights, building user persona, customer journeys, brand strategy and most importantly client interaction (what, how, and why questions that clients are most likely to ask based on the objective).
As a result, i have been able to become a data-driven person who is able to tell stories through an enormous amount of data.

A determined professional!

I have had the opportunity to work with Karan for 3 years and I'm extremely grateful for that. Entering the field of design and brand…

Entering the field of design and brand strategy with little to no experience can be quite intimidating and can get overwhelming very quickly without proper guidance. I was lucky enough to start my career under the guidance of Karan who not only is highly experienced brand strategist but also a highly motivated team leader, who encourages new ideas and tries to push the limit with every new project. He has an ability to recognise insights that many might miss and to untilise them to build robust concepts. In the short time that I had the opportunity to work with Karan I have learnt much by simply observing him and yearn to develop a work ethic like his.
