Do not book a holiday with this company absolutely shocking travel company....

Ive had several holidays with this company and every one has been amazing. Got another holiday booked for September and cannot wait.

Scammers after taking Ur money they don't want to know u e mails bounce back phone them doesn't except calls from that area we were meant to be 7nights joke we got 6 as no flight back on the 7th day good job we noticed people be warned AVOID like the plaque never again

Good deals on holidays to Europe, would use then again next year.

Omg, not even left yet, and they stole £1500 from me.
Literally didn't book foightsnin ny name had to contact airline to make amendments, called accommodation company who told me they weren't paid so cancelled. NO Correspondence to let me know. Now blocked my number,ignoring email, deleted website.
Had to rebook the hotel, and have xredit company tell me because they are still reading and time hasn't come yet, then they won't get my money bk despite the total scam
So out about 3000

Booked weekend in Prague through these scam artists.
Flights fine, transfers fine, arrived at Hotel at midnight to be told we don't have a reservation. After the hotel did some digging the hotel was cancelled 2 months after our reservation was made and almost 2 months before we arrived. No corisponsance from Break4holidays to infirm us of this. It them cost us €120 to book a room with there sister hotel as the could only accommodate us for 2 nights now instead of 3 as if the time we could not book anywhere else because of the time of night and bookin.com and such sites don't allow this. Phoned Break4holidays to be told that we would get a refund.4 weeks on and still no refund, not responding to our emails and there phone number now says that the number doesn't exept calls from our area. We have tried phoning from several diffrent numbers and the all say the same thing.

We are still out of pocket €120.

This company is a sham !!!I agree with most other people about the lack of customer service, Kevin sold my friend and I a break to Amsterdam and we were self catering room didn't even have a kettle ! but that's not the worst of it our hotel which we were told was in the centre of the city close to everything we were interested in , when we arrived at the airport we went to find out what bus take to the hotel and were told thar we had to get 2 trains at the hotel was in winterswijk (to all who are thinking where the hell is winterswijk? ? ) Which I had never heard of before, so as we had no choice we went at another cost ot over a hundred pound for train tickets , got home phoned the company only to be shouted at and told I was our fault ?? Anyway we are still waiting to hear back from them,????Which I'm sure after reading the other reviews, I just wish I'd read them ffirst.i don't expect to, I think the positive reviews are from the staff
I have keep all the paperwork and tickets if nothing else it will remind me of what people are capable of to line their pockets.

Booking our holiday was straight forward and easy to follow. When choosing the hotel we found there was a great choice. The display of pictures, information and reviews very informative, helpful and detailed and all our requirements were met within our budget

Fantastic prices and good last-minute deals. Sydney was a pleasure to work with.

Just got back from a lovely holiday booked through Sam, 2 weeks in Tenerife. Transfers a bit late but all good,

Tried to cancel our hoilday we had booked 6 months in advance at the last minute.
Had to pay extra for rhe holiday we had originally booked! Had chanded room from superior to "deluxe" Transfer had been cancelled as we arrived in portugal. numerous phone calls to get speaking to someone and were then told to make our own way to the hotel amd would be re embursed but this hasnt happened after numerous emails phone calls im still waiting on my money! Spent first day trying to get transport from airport and demanding a better room as the room they had changed us to was like something from the 70s!
Would never ever use this "company" again so shady and unprofessional.DO NOT BOOK!! You have been warned!

I booked with their agent Sarah a holiday for 10 days to Turkey , Hotel Mellisa Restaurant Boutique and Spa ,Kemer.

I was tricked by Sarah to pay for this holiday as she described this hotel as 4 + stars.The hotel is maxim 2 stars.

I paid for virtual facilities!
Facilities I never received during my accomodation there. Also I paid for transport to and from the Hotel ( Goldenseatravel, REZ NO : HTXA-16229163 )and this company they never showed up. I had to pay out of my own pocket or I would miss the flight back home. I sent many complaints emails to break4holidays as I am entitled for a compensation, as we were sold lies by this agency!
They finally replied after many insistence and they said that will get back to me after they do some investigation, they haven’t contacted me since September.I sent again emails and they never replied.They just wanted to get rid of me. We had the worst holiday ever. Was a nightmare! The Worst agency I have ever booked a holiday.They don’t care about people , they care only about making money!

Do not use this company .you may think you are getting a bargain but you would be advised to pay a bit more and book a package with a reputable travel agent .
Four days before travel I was informed my hotel had changed and had to pay extra £79 each . Then on day of travel our Ryan air flight was cancelled with one hour notice . I eventually flew out two days later with another airline. My Ryanair app/ link would not open so Ryan air wouldn’t discuss my cancelled flight and break4 holidays wouldn’t help me. They did assure me my hotel voucher was still valid two days late which it was eventually after hotel said no to start with.
getting my return flight sorted was a nightmare .I made loads of phone call to Ryan air even 2 hours with chat bot . Break 4 holidays would not help me .
I feel that break4 holidays should have sorted all this out for me. And should be reimbursing me for cancelled flight and my travel companion full holiday as they were unable to get alternative flights so missed complete holiday
My complaint is being pursued via my credit card

All the positive reviews are fake! Do not use this company we've been waiting years for a refund for our holiday that was cancelled due to covid. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

read the reviews and trust them / dont use this company once got any of your money they forget about you and are impossible to speak to / i litterally got told to go away and sort out the small problem myself their agent booked me a flight out with 10 kilo bag and not on the return flight i called up to rectify this and litterally told to go away and go online and upgrade myself with easy jet [ty kate] and [ty cynthia original agent whom got it wrong and tried to tell me i was wrong and it was ok to return with my 10 KILO BAG UNPAID FOR WITH EASY JET] no you where wrong cynthia abd i m embarassed for you that you hid from me behind kate the one that told me to go away and fix your error
