Horrible! If I could rate it at 0 stars I would! I paid for a $1 trial on August 5th and was charged $1 three times that day. I forgot to cancel the membership and was charged $39.99 on August 7th and another charge of $39.97 on that same day! They also charged me $1 dollar two more times that day! I logged into the account and dont see anywhere I can cancel it. On top of all of this you dont even get anything for paying for membership, the videos still cost extra money to view even after you've paid for a trail or membership. On top all this they dont even have any memberships listed as $40 dollars on their site the highest one cost $30 so why was I charged $40 twice in one day?? I can get over the constant $1 charges but $80 bucks for something I never used and dont want any use out of?? Also $1 is what they charge you to view every video after you've paid for a subscription but I was charged $1 5 times and I NEVER watched a video. This site is a rip off!!!!!

I just recently joined and I notice they removed a lot of the PS content the ones I used to look at there not even on the site anymore and a lot of them half of there scenes are gone

While from a customary look this seems to be a reasonable site this company is the biggest bait and switch garbage i have ever encountered. Not only must you sign up to even look at what they have to offer, but then they will forcefully trick you into signing up for their premium membership trial. don't be fooled by this because i guarantee this is where they make more money than anything else. what they will do is they will sign you up to their premium membership not clearly informing you that is seperate to their regular membership so not only are you going to pay 30 USD per month for their Regular Membership but they will also charge you another 30 or so USD for their premium per month to. if that wasn't bad enough when you go to unsubscribe from the membership they will fool you buy unsubscribing you form their regular membership. keeping you hooked on their premium for at least another month because they don't clearly tell you that you need to unsubscribe from them both separately to actually be removed. this site should be avoided at all costs for both your sanity and your wallet, half the stuff on this site is watered down trash anyway. if you want to pay for porn go elsewhere because your certainly not getting your moneys worth here.

As someone who knew knew for the most part of what they were doing here the service provided and continues to do so. Constant videos, HD, and scenes you can't find on random x sites, it gives you what you pay for. The price is fair if you do the one year all in one shot, the monthly is just a bad play for anyone.
The bad, their tagging system is actually atrocious navigating anything beyond a specific tag is like trying to find a needle in the haystack. And if you don't run an adblocker you still get ads for other sites although it's still within their network, the 5 second ad roll of asking me to buy downloads needs to stop too.

Terrible support, lost money for nothing.
I used to buy into that 1-day trial for 1$ a month ago, just to know it was one more scam, because even with 1-day trial you don't get an access to watching the videos. You get an opportunity to watch WHAT videos they have! "Never mind" I thought – "That is my fault, should read the info more precisely, even though I'm not a native" and spent some time to find out how to cancel the subscription, that then I did (or just thought I had done). The same day I deleted all the info from my mail to forget about that bad experience as fast as possible. What was a surprise today, when I found the 36$ payment on my card that I hadn't done, through the service I've never seen. It took hours to look through my emails searching for the payment details or registration letters and a call to the bank, which gave me some additional info and temporarily blocked my card. Then I decided to use a chat for support on the website, just to face the indifference and disrespect. I wrote about my problem, that I've never used the service. Everything I got was "You can't get your money back", and the offer to subscribe for a year. The support guy was impolite and impatient. This is the first time in my life, when the support service of the international company would behave like that. I can't have imagined the brazzers company is making fools out of people, but it looks like a real fraud. PS I've been charged 41$ for the whole period, that equals the money I spend for one-week food shopping. Thank you guys, it's such a big deal in the covid-19 period!

I wanted to see what the site had o offer so I stupidly fell for the 1$ for one day scam. In the first 10 minutes I figured out the whole site was a scam. "Membership" means you get to see what videos they have, that's it. You get 1 DL from a very limited list and if you want to see anything you have to purchase "Premium Membership" in addition to the standard $34.97/month.

I immediately started the very difficult task of figuring out how to cancel that sh^t. It took 30 minutes but I managed, canceled after maybe 50 minutes, the search included, of logging on. I did get a confirmation in the email that it was canceled. Fast forward 5 months, I see a charge on a credit card that I rarely use that I had set up with autopay and hence wasn't paying attention to. It takes two attempts and 25 minutes of waiting but I find out Brazzer have been charging me monthly, the fraudulent c**ts! I still have the cancel confirmation, but, surprise! That address is n longer working and there is no transaction number. I called and canceled again, they sent me a new email, this one a bit fancier, still no transaction number so I will be watching my credit card account. Oh, the dude who canceled for me gave me (I didn't ask for it) an extra month and when I access the site and click on any vid, it gives a 402 error and says the site is down.

i had a time figuring out how cancel, especially since i am a not a native english speaker. however when i found brazzer support i pressed chat and got connected with Kevin. he helped me out, and was extremely nice. Thank you Kevin so much for helping me.

This site is a@& I was charged 39 dollars for trash. Why pay to get the cow, when you can get the milk for free? So many places offer free porn. Save your money.They don’t even deserve one star.

Terrible experience. Started a trail and was billed for a month. Account doesn’t tell me it’s recurring. Tells me I have 20 days remaining which tells me it’s not recurring. So I just ignore it. Then I get charged again. So I go to cancel and get a refund. Guy tells me I can’t get a refund. Day of charge too. Not like a used the site. Will never ever use brazzers again. Even if I find a video from them for free. I will not be watching. Imo brazzer owes me 40 bucks. What a crappy business.

now they charge you extra for downloads, on top of this i asked to receive a refund after not being able to use my account for a day due to them not sending me a password or reset link. terrible customer service and terrible how they're turning what used to be the best site into a scam. trash.

Like lots of others, I was also scammed by the $1 deal. After I was scammed they told me I could not be refunded “due to the nature of what they sell” and I even tried to compromise saying that I only wanted the 1 day pass for $1 and since I haven’t exceeded 1 day yet they could just refund me my money except for the one day and they still would not help. They are actually the worst.

Scammed like many others with a 1$ subscription that kept going even after cancellation. If they were legit I might have come back but now that won't happen. Hope someone takes them to court.

Please do not fall into this scam site. Just like everyone else I bought the "1 dollar a day trial".
Canceled it the first day i used it and still got charged 42 bucks the next day. Customer service wont refund you money because of the content on they show. Saying I, the member, am responsible for canceling, when I CANCELED TWO TIMES. This has happened to other people, customer service will say two accounts were opened and you only canceled one. I wont get my money back but hopefully I can save you other lads some money and tell you just to go back to pornhub, this company is very shady, customer service is useless, overpriced subscriptions, and the website is full of pop ups and loop holes. Please do NOT give these people money.

I signed up for the $1 trial period to see what this was all about, but since I wasn’t able to see more than previews of the videos, and I wasn’t willing to pay more the get the full account, I immediately contacted customer support to cancel my account. They did not, and I was charged $39.99 the next day, despite it saying I had 2 days of this trial period before being charged. THEN I was charged $34.97 the very NEXT day, so I contacted customer support again to confirm they deleted my account. It took 4 days and 4 different employees before I finally was able to get my account terminated. And they refused any kind of refund, even tho I was never granted access beyond what the $1 trial period allowed. If you’re not willing to pay the full amount right off the bat, and you’re alright with any potential extra charges, go for it. But otherwise this site is really just trying to make money, and they are reluctant to cancel your account because of it. Be careful navigating this site, it’s a little shady

So many hoops to jump through, then they go and charge me 30 dollars even after I already canceled my membership. They had a "Special promotion" so I tried it and you couldn't do anything on the site anyway. It was ridiculous to cancel the membership and like I said a month later they still charged me 30 dollars on my card. Avoid Brazzers at all costs.
