Great product
Great product! Easy to use and easy to pack. My husband loves it and now has a foam roller he keeps at home and one he can keep in his gym bag or use when he travels!

Sopping wet box
Product appears as described.Time will determine if the pull cords outlast the roller. Three stars for no text delivery notice. Product delivered day before Thanksgiving while travelling out of town and sat in the rain for two days. Even though it was delivered in a plastic envelope, the gift box was soaked through as were the pamphlets and the decorative paper wrapping the product. Hopefully the collapsible roller will make up for receiving a gift in a very warped box. :(

The collapsible foam roll
The collapsible foam roll I ordered arrived earlier than expected so I was able to wrap it and place it as a decor undernieth the Christmas tree.
The only tiny thing to be improved would be the tracing package website ; it was saying that the package had already been delivered whilst I had nothing in my mail box. I had to wait for four more days to actually get it.
