I ordered liquor and chose DHL express. Everything seemed okay, the item was sent, until I received a notification from DHL and found out that the bottle broke. The company at first refused to take responsibility for the event, waiting on DHL to do so. When DHL refused they reimbursed me half of what I paid, saying that it is also my fault for not purchasing additional insurance. All of this took around 1 month+ to resolve. I wanted to share this experience as a warning for others, this company did not inspire a lot of professionalism nor trust. The sad thing is I feel kinda lucky they even did something as it had the look of a scam because of intermittent communication and never even fully answering my questions.
