We're not quite sure we understand your query. We can see that you've made an order earlier today and we're currently working through completed orders. Since this review, one of our sales agents contacted you and went through the application to complete your order but the line was disconnected before we were able to complete your order and we have been unable to get back in touch with you.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with, friendly staff.
Only reason not to give 5 stars is I bought a gas cooker and wasn't offered fitting and the packaging wasn't taken by delivery service.

Brilliant teamwork from BRAYS.

I believe Brays have brilliant customer service. I applied for a tv and got told there and then that it would be delivered 3/5 working days. They have given myself e-mails, telephoned conversations keeping me in touch with my order. I even had a call from the finance company who loaned me the money to purchase my tv. They were very polite and guided me through our agreement.

I am really satisfied with the help i…

I am really satisfied with the help i got from brays today. the service was very quick,helpful and was all done in less than five minutes over the telephone. I am completely satisfied with my order and can't wait to receive it. I can't believe how soon it was done and awaiting to receive goods. I am very satisfied with brays and would definitely purchase from them again.
