I ordered a pair of slippers. What arrived was of inferior quality and way overpriced. They sent me two pairs when I only ordered one. I emailed to get instructions on how to return. First, they wanted pictures. Then, I was offered a 15% refund. I could return the slippers, but only if I shipped them to Hong Kong. I took the refund and did receive it. Avoid this company!
If I could give it less, I would! My fault for not researching as I usually do. Received an XL pants and the waist had to be a size 2. Requested a return and they required pictures! Still working on the return….
Horrible company that deliberately misleads consumers. They use the "free shipping in the United States" clause to hook potential buyers. If you want to return an item, you have to pay for shipping. And you're shipping to Hong Kong. I purchased a defective external hard drive for $60. The return shipping cost to Hong Kong was $60.80. Complete and total waste of money. I urge everybody to stay away from Brayden and Lane. Don't order anything from them unless you want to lose your money. I threw their useless hard drive in the trash
