Shipping Department Failure to Fulfill

Shipping department doesn't know how to override shipping software that keeps kicking address out as invalid. Braxley's unwillingness to go the extra mile for customer is absurd. The bands were to be a gift to daughter, and the address has been used for 40 plus years.

Unwilling to ship to my rural home

I placed an order, entered my information, and everything was processed just fine. But after several days of no communication from the company, my package still hadn't shipped despite promising to deliver my order three days after it was placed. Turns out, they won't deliver to rural addresses that their system can't verify. They don't know how to override it, so I had to ask for the order to be canceled (several times before they actually canceled it).

I've never had an issue with a retailer sending items to my address as entered. Even international companies can figure it out. Small mom and pop operations shipping from New York? No problem. Large companies like Amazon? Easy-breazy. A midsize company in Texas that should know how rural addresses work? Apparently, they can't figure it out.

This all would've been an annoyance, but I had to reach out to their customer service team through their slow chat portal several times before anyone was able to give me a response. Emails sent to their info address or through their contact page go unanswered.

They also bombard you with emails and ads for their affiliate program. We're talking an average of two per day at least. Order at your own risk. And be prepared to follow up if you so much as think there might be any issues with your order. They certainly won't reach out in a timely manner.

No costumer service, product doesn't last long

I bought a band and it stretched out to the point of not being usable in less than two months. I followed their website's instructions of washing it to make it less stretchy, and it had no effect. I reached out to them for a refund twice and they never once responded. Don't buy from this company.
