The company is a front for selling cheaply made Chinese products while advertising much better products.
I ordered two cat beds and when they arrived they were not the items that were on the website. Admittedly they were suspiciously cheap so I should have known.
They say they will offer a refund but only after costly returns of your items and I don’t expect you will ever receive the refund. It’s definitely not worth the hassle of sending it back.
Lesson learnt I guess!
