Joelle Stonehouse from this company is…

Joelle Stonehouse from this company is the worst person you can even work with. Unethical, unprofessional and misleading at best.she was pushing Bravenly Global supplements on social media. She presents herself as a “faith-led” health expert and digital creator with links to Bravenly, but when I asked direct questions about the products, she basically admitted they’re not delivering real results or are overhyped.

Her profile is full of the usual MLM buzzwords — financial freedom, natural health, etc. — but it’s the same tired recruitment script that preys on people looking for wellness solutions. Between the company’s documented income disclosure showing most people earn almost nothing, endless billing complaints, and now promoters quietly admitting the products don’t live up to the hype, this feels like classic scam-adjacent behavior.

Save your money and time. Skip the influencers like Joelle who tie their “faith-based” image to questionable MLM products. There are far better, transparent options for actual health support without the pressure and disappointment.

55+ Demographic - Save Your Money!

I purchased several products from Bravenly based on positive reviews & a rep I know. Was looking to combat fatigue, as well as lose some weight / or inches.
Took 4 different products faithfully for almost 3 months with zero results (at an investment of over $600). As these are "natural" supplements, I had a reasonable expectation (not looking gor an overnight improvement) but with zero results for almost 3 months time, reached out to Customer Service regarding a potential refund. Their company does state a 30 day money back guarantee (which makes no sense with it being natural products). Because it was almost 90 days & I had used up all the products I purchased, no satisfaction through customer service.

If you are a 55+ women dealing with weight/fatigue/postmenopausal issues, I would recommend investing your $$ elsewhere. Spending $600+ on these products was a very poor investment. And was not impressed with the response from customer service after sending in a very detailed summary.

Bravenly is a natural supplements…

Bravenly is a natural supplements company. I quickly changed my mind of my Become a Brand Partner enrollment kit. I contacted them via email because there is no customer service phone for this company which adds to the frustration. They said I needed to “Refused the enrollment kit” when it arrive to my home. I followed what I was told. They didn’t give me a return label, so the UPS didn’t give me a tracking number because they only provide those tracking number if there is a return label .

I sent several emails to Bravenly asking for my refund. They kept asking me “ the tracking number “ which it can only obtain from the return label that didn’t provide.

I dropped off the package to the UPS right after I was instructed by Bravenly on May 23, 2025. Bravenly refunded my account on July 8, 2025 ( 46 days). They didn’t even apologize for what happened , for taking 46 days for them to refund my account.

I DON’T ORDER from this company , unless they have a good customer service staff that would be available on the phone.
