Ciprian has been my financial advisor for 3 years now and our relationship has been a welcomed help for someone that is risk averse and has minimal understanding of the financial market. His explanation of trends is helpful especially how he explains things in layman terms.

Cip Advised me to invest $135,000 into 7 structured notes in 2022: planned payout $226,000 so expected profit $91,000 after 3-4 years.
However, 6 of the 7 recommended notes failed. 3 years later my $135,000 is now $104,000. Following Cip’s advice meant I lost $31,000….and that’s excluding loss of the potential expected payout.

Cip did not respond when asked how much money he made from selling me these dogshit notes or on the commission of holding them in Ardan.
