I have been using Brant Florist exclusively for the last few years for all my gift/floral orders
They are probably the best Florist in all of Ontario!

Their store is beautiful, they have the most excellent selection of the freshest flowers you will find anywhere ( in store service is wonderful)

I usually have them deliver flowers on my behalf, and they have never disappointed

The flowers last so very long, so very fresh, and the wrapping that they do is spectacular ( They always gain me lots of points!)

Thank you to Michael and Kim, you do such a great job, I can’t wait to see you in store again and say hello

I placed an order online for flowers to o be delivered in Quebec - to a remote location you claimed to deliver to - for a week in advance to the date to be delivered and you took the money off the credit card emailed me an order confirmation then suddenly the day to be delivered you credited my account with no explanation as to why you couldn't deliver!! If you were unable could you not have emailed to explain why!? And on the day it was to be delivered so I had no time to make other arrangements with another florist !!! Was for a memorial service at someone's house and. Ow they have nothing!!!

DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS! CANADIAN "OFFICE" IS EMPTY STORE FRONT!
Awful. They have "Custom build your own bouquet". I gave very specific instructions for the flowers with the colors I wanted and vase with arrangement wanted. I ordered on 5/10/22 to be delivered 5/17/22, plenty of time to get the required material, no? What showed up was the wrong flower, the wrong color that was requested, the wrong Vase and they added a white Funeral Bow. I did specify it was for a Birthday. I paid $130, $160 after tax and delivery. I sent them 2 e-mails with photos requesting half my $$ back. They Never Responded. The bouquet I received was not more than $40 in material. RUN RUN RUN!!

I placed my order on Wednesday 7/14 to be delivered on 7/15 or 7/16. My order was $160. I was emailing an employee who assured me that they deliver to Ocean City, NJ. Come to find out late on Friday evening that the order was never delivered. A gentleman called me on Saturday and my order was missed. He states it is human error which I get but this was a very special delivery. Please verify your orders. Very disappointed.

Great shop with many choices of flower types and colors. Service is the best, they always say, yes we can!

I recently put up a review about a large vase of flowers that I received from Brant Florist that in 4 days were dying and that no one turned my call. I have now received a call from them saying they thought this had been taken care of. They are replacing my flowers.I would like to say thank you to them for responding.

I went online and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my senior mother in law. Asked for next day delivery so I could make sure there was going to be someone to receive it Arrived right on time as I had requested and she was absolutely thrilled with it. I was sent a photo of her with the arrangement and I do have to say it looks absolutely lovely. Price was reasonable and website order very easy to navigate.

I got exactly what I ordered. They are so beautiful. Thanks for the excellent service as well.

Never fail to disappoint and the customer service is always top notch.

I waited 4 months to give this review to insure objective comments. Ordered a casket spray for my mother's viewing. Received a pitiful arrangement that was put on a stand. Sad selection of flowera. Looked cheap, but wasn't. Poor value. Poor presentation. 3-star review given as Floriat got colors right ... all white ... and, for getting it to the right funeral home on time.

Order numbet? Really? After 4 months?
Did I advise at the tine? Very self-centric question. Can you imagine my taking the time to call you, after hours, to complain about the floral arrangement you prepared for my order? What was to be done when it was a one night viewing? Disappointment in a vendor's product/service does not trump grief.
Where sent? Smiths, Burlington, ON.
Facts don't change. Did not get what I ordered. Looked cheap. Color right. Delivered on time and to right location.

Excellent florist, would recommend!

My flowers were delivered without the included vase, and had half of the advertised flowers. Extremely disappointed. They never replied to my customer service inquiries either. Unacceptable.

I ordered some flowers for my step-mother's birthday this past September, a bit skeptical this company would do exactly what is offered on their website. But I was so impressed with the service we ended up receiving!! The order was very last minute and we really needed to find a same-day delivery service, as my step-mother became very sick and we really wanted to get something to her that would help cheer her up on (possibly) her last birthday. My parents live in the middle of nowhere--Keremeos BC, about 30min outside of Penticton and it seemed very unlikely the flowers would get to her that day, as there are a limited amount of florists in that area, let alone getting a delivery driver to make the drive out there with such little notice. But they did! I believe a florist came in on her day off to make the arrangement and get these flowers out that same day. And they were SO beautiful (very similar to what is pictured online), and my step-mom was so happy :)
It really meant a lot to me that they figured out a way to make this work. The florists working for Brant Florist are fantastic. And the same-day delivery service is awesome, and really is guaranteed! Their customer service was also fantastic.
