Beware they charge £3.99 for delivery which is not refunded if you need to return something that doesn't fit.
They then deduct another £3.00 for the return postage making total deduction of £6.99 for returning something that did not fit.
I would not use them again.
I recently bought a pair of trainers intended as a Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter. In the meantime, my daughter used her own money to purchase herself some trainers so I duly sent the trainers back (no mention of returns timescale on the sales invoice). I received a curt email informing me that the trainers were returned outside the 14 day window and so would not be refunded or exchanged but immediately sent back to me. The sales assistant who I was in contact with was intransigent and offered no alternative to me now being the owner of a pair of trainers I no longer needed. There’s obviously a reason why prices are so cheap - abysmal customer service!
Pills made my boyfriend very sluggish and lead to kidney abnormalities... do not waste your money stick to melatonin gummies or Red Bull for energy. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
