No stars actually. I’m another person who has been scammed over Karcher. I bought in February, paid in full. Cannot get I. Touch with them. Fake tracking number. Will not answer phone or email. Rang Klarna who took the payment. They said can’t get a refund until they get money back from brands outlet. I have asked Barclaycard to recover for me.

I can repeat word for word the same as other complaints regarding this diabolical excuse of a company. Karcher scam !!! Paid 2 instalments via klana. No response to emails, fake tracking number and 13 emails sent, not 1 reply!! Might take a drive to visit in person. AVOID this company like the plague.

Another karcher scam victim
Along with a number of other people I have been the victim of the Karcher scam. Same story as everyone else supposed to be dispatched Tuesday. No word of dispatch they do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone.
Will see if Klarna can be of any help but I do not hold out any hope.
Having paid by credit card I will give it till next week then start the process of reclaiming on my card.
If anyone deals with this company after reading these reviews then they should know what to expect. another example of caveat emptor if it looks too good to be true then it probably is.
I will also see if trading standards can take any action but I would bet they have some way of not being responsible under english law. The website should be taken down

I paid for a karcher pressure washer and was advised it was out of stock, they told me new stock would arrive within 19 days,
So I waited and waited! They don’t answer the phone, return answer phone messages or reply to emails, they haven’t even replied to klarna who have opened an investigation, It’s almost six weeks with no response from this company. Avoid this company!!!

Karcher K4 - SCAM SCAM SCAM...AVOID!!!
Karcher K4 (£129.99) As per the below comments, same scenario for me. I wont repeat as most of the details are already made on the process that is a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs.
I have taken up a double approach, one with Klarna to stop ongoing payments (2 out of 3 payments taken) and the second via my bank to claim any money paid to Klarna.
I think Klarna need to access who they do business with and ensure companies are under strict regulations before allowing to sign up with them - total Micket Mouse set up.
I hope those of you below do get your funds back and anyone looking to purchase from this company....PLEASE DON'T.

Karcher washer Scam - But Klarna refunded!
As with other recent reviews, placed order, informed of delays but given option to wait along with offer of a partial refund and gift. Later informed that in stock, then dispatched then given tracking number which appears invalid. Since then no response to any attempts to contact them. They rejected my negative review on the product so someone is still there!
UPDATE: Took this up the with Klarna and have now got a refund but these cowboys should not still be advertising what they can't/won't deliver

As others have reported, ordered a Karcher pressure washer, they took the money then emailed to say it was out of stock. I went for the second option to wait until new stock arrived in 3 weeks time. Was sent a tracking number that doesn’t work. No replies from any of my communication emails or messages left on their answerphone. Klarna pretty useless too so I now need to recoup my money via my credit card. So many people caught out with this.

I dont want to give any stars. The same thing has happened to me as the last reviewer. Even been given a false tracking number through parcel force. The tracking number does not exist.
