DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. They did not arrive in THREE WEEKS. I had to get in touch with them to find out where they were. After been told there were customs delays, I requested a refund. This email was ignored, and it took three further emails for them to reply to me. Five days later, I have still not received the refund.

Completely unacceptable service. Do not buy from this shop if you want to receive the goods you order.

Near impossible to return an item

Near impossible to return an item, being trying for over a week to get a response to my e-mails and online form, Managed to get phone number, but nobody answers telephone! Dealt with 100's of online companies and this has to be worst customer service ever had. Going to contact my credit card company and Trading Standards.

I bought a pair of winter mittens that…

I bought a pair of winter mittens that was advertised at £25 and free delivery six days later. I have been waiting for them to come and I get an email saying I’ve Gotta pay a £8 for delivery for delivery so I got back in touch with dermatology to cancel the order and to put my money back in the bank. There’s nothing whatsoever. If I were you, I would not trustees traders as they seem very suspicious.

Item stuck in customs?

Ordered a pair of boots and the only delivery option was DHL express. Not a problem, next working day delivery supposedly.
Next working day arrives and I receive an email: "we're out of stock of the item you ordered, please pick something else or we'll give you a refund". I ask when they're likely to get the item back in stock. "It's stuck at customs so up to 6-8 weeks so please pick another item or we will issue a refund". I tell them I would rather wait for them to dispatch the item I ordered and don't mind if there's a bit of a wait. 2 weeks go past with no contact so I email them again just to see if anything has moved along (customs says 6-8 weeks but I was hopeful it might be sooner). No response from them and then this morning I get a PayPal notification that a refund is on the way! I should add that the entire time, the item I ordered has been shown as in stock on their website!
I even read the reviews about them myself before ordering but figured at least with PayPal I'm more secure! Don't waste your time with this company!!

Customer Servcice is a black hole

Ordered a hat to be shipped to the U.S.A. After two weeks they cancelled my order with no explanation. (they did issue a refund) email to their designated email address produces no response..
How exactly is one supposed to buy anything from them?

My money is gone (so far)

I ordered a jacket december 6th 2022. The jacket was never sent and they have charged money. So so far, they have stolen from me. I will change my review if I ever get my money or the jacket (that I don’t want anymore).

Jacket

Hi My name is Joseph and My order number is: WJLVDCVTZ

I would like to tell you that your customer service is incredibly bad. I haven't received a reply in the last 5 days. Your contact information is not available or work. What kind of company are you? How come there was no return form when I received the package? When I wanted a copy of this form, you had an idea and I was advised, “We hope you do it right. If a return form is not available, please write your name and order ID on the blank page and send it with your jacket. Are you serious? I paid £22 for the insured delivery only because one of your staff forgot to put the return form in my coat’s bag? But what infuriates me the most is that your company don't even deign to answer a letter. So it's no wonder if we run out of time, and then you don't have to pay back hundreds of pounds. I look forward to your reply, but even better your refund.

Absolutely amazing quality jacket…

Absolutely amazing quality jacket unlike the mainstream crap you find at regular stores. Warm, fits great and feels (and looks) awesome. 100% satisfied, excellent quality. Great customer service. I definitely will order from them again and would highly recommend this company. Thank you Brandslock !!

Wonderful buying experience I had after…

The best buying experience I had after long time. They really know their products and how they fit. I ordered normal dress size and was asked for measurements of myself so that they could check the size against the actual garment. I was advised to go for one size up and was told that as leather garments are more expensive to produce that the manufacturers have not kept up to date with modern dress sizes so it was common to require one or even two sizes bigger than normal for certain styles. Don't be put off by this. I ended up with a jacket two sizes bigger than my standard dress size but it fits absolutely perfectly. It is beautiful and excellent quality. Highly recommended company.

Seller refusing to pay agreed Amazon seller refund

Seller agreed refund in Amazon refund page for item. We used the Hermes label for return supplied on Amazon’s seller page. Hermes tracker shows item delivered back on 24.12.21. By 6.1.22, still no refund. Brandslock sent an evasive apology saying ‘accounts’ would ‘surely get back to you.’ Right. Today is 16.1.22. No refund. No nice messages from ‘accounts.’ Conclusion, guys: Brandslock’s keeping the cash. So we’re issuing legal proceedings to get the agreed refund from this bad seller.

Fantastic

How do you sell at these prices my second vintage style double breasted coat in 5 xl the first one in brown leather has been a lovely comfortable garment and a joy to wear now received the black the same in ever way all this at a very low price would have been happy to have paid double will buying another style soon 😀

No refund for returned item

Ordered a coat as a post Xmas present for my wife. Lovely coat but too small so we returned it.

Have now been waiting for about a month and a half for a refund. Have chased a number of times but still no sign of our money coming back.

Had been planning to order an alternative coat from them but now do not trust the site / business.
