I love their products but terrible customer service. I. ordered two rings from the last drop (my boyfriend also ordered one). All of the rings came in the wrong finish and when we contacted the brand to get return information we were ghosted. Many emails later and there is still no response. I hope they get their stuff together because the concepts are nice but the execution is simply terrible.
