I noticed payments from my bank going to this company without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted them, they were immediately defensive and insisted I had signed up for their service. I pointed out that I had not, but they refused to believe me. They initially offered to refund only my most recent payment, citing a “no refund” policy.
I sent a formal email demanding a full refund and requesting all data they held about me under UK data protection law. They refused the full refund and ignored the data request. After the legal deadline for responding to my data request passed, I sent a reminder. Only then did they refund me in full — but still without providing the requested data.
I warned them I would pursue legal action, and a few days later they finally complied with my data request. I thought that was the end of it.
However, after my refund was already received, they emailed me saying they would only issue a refund if I deleted my review — clearly unaware they’d already refunded me. This is a blatant attempt to pressure customers into removing negative feedback and is against Trustpilot’s guidelines and UK consumer law. I have reported this to Trustpilot as “review blackmail” and kept all email evidence.
I would never recommend this company. If you see payments from them that you didn’t authorise, contact them immediately, keep all communications in writing, and do not let them bully you into removing honest feedback.

They keep on contacting me, trying to pressure me into removing my review by saying I won't get my refund if I don't. Here is a copy of the latest email from them with sensitive info removed. I have also informed them that I have already received my refund.
