WEBSITE DOESN'T SEEM GENUINE
Found something that was out of stock , discontinued everywhere but was on their website in stock and a lot cheaper, emailed them 4 times to ask how many they had in stock, no response at all, only contact for communication you have is via that email address, no phone number. So i haven't ordered anything and then saw one review which was a bad review as well . Would indicate they are not genuine so be very cautious

Item not received and no response from customer service
I came across this website looking for garden storage boxes, after thoroughly reading the website re-payment I ordered and paid for item securely with credit card (however this took 3 attempts) on reading the FAQ I wasn't alarmed at this stage.
I was told I would get email confirming my order (Which never arrived), there is a tracking facility on the page (this only leads to an error page).
The contact us page again does not work and all communication has to be done through an email address which appears to change on a weekly basis. I have sent several email to each of these addresses and received no response from any of them.
This company (on the website) pride themselves on there customer service??? in my experience there is no customer service, they have totally ignored every email I have sent them. In hindsight there has not been any other reviews of this site good or bad which leaves me to think this may not be a legitimate site.
I am currently in the process with my credit card company to get refund.
