David, one of the managers assisted me with a situation that I brought to his attention concerning some unfinished logo work. I was upset about some logo work that I had had done that was not printable. David was very nice and Igor to accommodate me but then he realized I had contacted the wrong company. I was embarrassed but David was very kind, he offered to fix my art work for free even though his company had nothing to do with the initial mess up. I spoke with him on the phone, the overall experiences it was a great
