If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route

If I could give 0 stars I would. Started using the branch app at work to receive tips from customers. They made over $400 go missing of my money and are apparently having a “hard time locating it”. It’s clearly missing and they are still not giving me my money. It’s been two months now. If you use this app or bank keep a VERY close eye on all your transactions or save yourself the worry, don’t use them at all.

My gig uses Branch for payment.
I was stuck at a gas station to try and get home, but my card would not work.
They said I requested a new card , I sent them pictures of my card, told them I dont need a new card.
My need was completely ignored, because they said when I requested a new card, the old one was cancelled.
I told them just send me a check , and keep their card.
Fortunately, some kind people at the gas station gave me some money for gas.
If you are an employer DO NOT make your employees or contractors use this ***GARBAGE***
If I could provide 0stars I would. The worst bank ever. I wish spark drivers had the option to use my regular bank account. You can never get assistance and if it’s an authorized transaction well you can just forget getting your money back. Don’t walk run from this bank.
My Branch wallet was hacked today. Same as the others, he pretended to be Branch Security, he knew the name and address of my customer in the Spark Driver app. He locked me out of my account and transferred $450 somewhere. I have been on the phone for 4 hours with "open tickets". I filed a complaint with FDIC. I couldn't pay for my medicine or groceries. I hope I get my money back. I plan to use a bank account in the future.

My branch app account was hacked today they stole all my whole paycheck. and I have the same problem no one will answer the phone or email.
so the only thing to do is file a complaint with the
Federal Communications Commission they do have a
form you can fill out online to file a complaint.
the Branch Wallet is backed by an FDIC-insured
so by filing a complaint mite work.

Awful! Easy to be hacked. Fraud occurs. There is no support. Recorded messages say available M-F, 9-5 cst, but no one ever answers. They have approx 8 options when you get the recorded message. None are for fraud or when your acct is hacked. I know! It is forced onto Spark drivers. Better companies like Door Dash do not use this awful Branch Bank/Wallet. There seems to be no way to reach a human asap (when fraud occurs). If you select another option such as change your phone # you receive another recorded message. If you press 0 hoping for a live person, you get disconnected from the call. I sent an email asap to support as I was hacked on a Saturday (no one available) and it is now over 72 hours or 3.5 days and no one has emailed me or contacted me in anyway. I tried to call on Monday to no avail. Sadly, DDI and Spark insist you use Branch. Luckily, I did not opt for a Branch debit card. I immediately transfer $ out to another bank. But, this info is contained in their system. Not sure what the hackers screen shot.
But again, no one from Branch has contacted me over a serious issue. No fraud dept to get ahold of in any manner. Avoid this company if possible!

My account was compromised April 3rd 2023 the account was locked I was sent a new debit card it is now April 12th 2023 and I still have no access to the account the count is still locked I cannot get a supervisor to return my call no one reaches out to me all they tell me that has been escalated to the next level my rent is due my bills need to be paid I've had to pay checks go into that account and I have no access to them please please somebody I need help

Had over 1k in unauthorized charges. I filed a dispute and after 3 weeks I have not received any update and have emailed and called everyday and bo response.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone competent. Getting someone through the automated system is like pulling teeth. You will then wait in hold for at least an hour. The agents know absolutely NOTHING. They refuse to get other departments or supervisors. They also hang up on you a lot. Don't use this service. Spark forces me to use this horrible app. Get a real bank account, because this company just all around sucks.

I gave this app and customer service a 1 because there was nothing lower. Walmart/Spark should be ashamed of themselves. Why you are forced to use this platform is beyond me, been on hold for 30 minutes so far. Unless you use their card or account is takes for ever to get your money and the glitches are horrible. Would not recommend if it was the last option on earth....horrible!!!!!!! Walmart should make this a much smoother process by allowing you choose how you would like to receive your money. I have money from January still sitting in this wallet I won't do Spark anymore.

The only issue I have is a very annoying one. As a Spark driver I’m told we get paid each Tuesday by 8PM? Why? Why is the time inconsistent? One day I’m paid early in the morning, and the next week it’s late afternoon? I don’t like that!! Very avoidable. It should be automatically entered at the end exact same time.
