Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! My order didn't turn up and I waited more than 10 days for an initial response, and have now waited over 2 weeks for an answer to their initial response. This is just so so bad, especially these days when customer support is not difficult given the tools out there. Avoid!!!

Great Design But Poor Quality
I bought the Boxing Glove Button-Up Cardigan about a month ago, and while the design is great and I really like how it looks, I was disappointed with the quality. After just one wear, a button fell off with barely any use. For a cardigan that cost €160, I expected much better craftsmanship.
I own a similar one from Primark that cost only €25, and surprisingly, it’s held up far better over time. It’s really frustrating when something marketed as high-quality turns out to be less durable than a budget option.
Unfortunately, this feels more like a cash grab than a well-made piece. I can’t recommend it.
