Disappointing and Misleading – Be Careful Before Paying!
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with BrainsMate. I paid for what I believed was a one-off IQ test, but it was not made clear to me that my card would be charged again afterwards.
I find this incredibly misleading and frustrating. If there is an ongoing subscription or recurring payment involved, this should be made crystal clear before taking payment, not hidden in small print or made easy to miss.
I feel that the payment process was not transparent, and customers deserve to know exactly what they are signing up for before entering their card details.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service and to check for any recurring charges. I certainly would not recommend it based on my experience.

BrainsMate are a scam. I reached out to them to have my case reviewed before contacting my bank and refund was refused!
The generic replies on here look kind and caring, but they aren't.
In true slime style, they deliver the poop sandwich to you and won't refund.
No cancellation button either.
Preying on people - especially ones who may be clever but have lower executive function due to neurodivergent conditions. The elderly who may not be as tech savvy and other vulnerable members of society.
