I love everything about the Brainlume tPBM device and the company

This may sound like a too overly enthusiastic review, but this is how I feel about Brainlume and the company.

I have been interested in and using methods and devices to enhance my life and particularly brain functioning since the 1970s, including meditation, guided imagery recordings, GSR, EMG, and temperature biofeedback, EEG and HEG neurofeedback, TMS, CES, AVS, PEMF, various red and infrared light devices, EMDR tapping devices, and more. After reading about the Brainlume transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) device on the website I was convinced enough to pre-order it a month before it shipped.

I have only had and been using the Brainlume for a few days, so I can't comment yet about the long term effects, but as soon as I opened the box when I received it I love everything about it.

I'm very impressed by and love the product design, sturdy construction, comfort of wearing it, simplicity of use, the case design and construction, the clearly written and comprehensive instructions in good English, and the transparency about the specifications and all the other information about Brainlume on the website. And the company is selling it at the right price point for a consumer product, at least for me, targeted to people who want to improve their brain functioning.

I asked Gemini AI to compare the Brainlume and the Vielight tPBM devices. Brainlume has the exact same wavelength and frequencies as the much more expensive Vielight devices, which I've been following for years but thought were too expensive to buy, but the Brainlume has less power output, which suits me fine.

Gemini said the lower power output is gentler than the Vielight. During the first two sessions (10 Hz the evening I received it and 40 Hz the following morning), I felt the effects were somewhat uncomfortably strong. I would have liked a way to reduce the power output, especially at first, so I could gradually increase it and ease into its maximum power output. With a lower power output sessions could be longer. Still, I remember I felt that way when I first started using the three PEMF devices I have, that their output was too strong, but I continued using them and now find them comfortable. In fact, I've had no problem with the sessions I've done with the Brainlume after the first two. I think maybe I was resisting the effects at first. Now that I know how the Brainlume effects feel I'm totally comfortable with using it.

In addition, I really appreciate their prompt and excellent customer support email communications and their transparency during the time it took from when it shipped to when it was delivered a few days short of a month later and their continued quick responses to my emails after my first uses of Brainlume.

Brainlume is a great and useful tool. And the company is on the cutting edge of the future in their current research on additional products. I am eagerly anticipating their next products.
