I am seeking legal action against Brainium Information Technologies, too bad I can't post pictures here because I wanted to post legal notices, mediation applications etc. You can consult my google review for those. Even a few other review sites who allow posting pictures in reviews.

I approached Brainium Infotech in late January 2025 inquiring about their services. I informed Mr. Azhar Shake very clearly what my needs and requirements are. I repeated myself multiple times and he kept confirming the list of deliverables and requesting more specific information about certain features I was asking for. I ended up signing on the 18th of February 2025 after I was confident that he understood the requirements, the contract states the work should take 12 to 14 weeks. The company’s size and many positive reviews led me to believe it is a reputable company but my experience with them made me realise I couldn't have been more wrong and that a lot of the negative reviews I read were spot on.

I held weekly meetings with the project manager, Miss Nabaruna Sinha and the programmer, Miss Neha Joshi. In the beginning they proposed a strategy that I now know any professional working in tech would know won’t work. After a few months of working on that, they told me that the software only succeeds on a fraction of the tasks it’s supposed to and that they know how to fix it but it will require that we enter into a second phase that I eventually found out in September 2025 would cost me a little over 11000usd. I only signed off on the last milestone of “phase 1” (around November 2025) because they told me the small bugs I was pointing out would be fixed right away in the following phase and Mr. Azhar Shake offered me the new price of 6000usd.

Throughout this whole mess, the programmer, Ms. Neha Joshi told me she is already employing the help of her little brother but that I shouldn't worry because he's really good and if I want to speed things up I can pay more to have a bigger team working on it.

After sending the last payment, I contacted Mr. Pranay Pandey, their Vice-President, to discuss the following steps and I explained everything to him. On the 5th of December, he wrote to me saying he decided not to move forward with phase 2 stating feasibility issues and risks that nobody ever mentioned in the 10 months that they were working on a software they told me would take a maximum of 14 weeks.

I hired a lawyer in Kolkata and they ignored all his communications until the final notice, that is when they acted surprised. They stated they never received anything from him despite multiple successful delivery reports from courier services. Hopefully the mediation stage goes well but I won’t think twice before going to court and taking it all the way if these scammers refuse to cooperate. It’s been more than a year since I approached Brainium Information Technologies and not only am I not a single step closer towards my goal but I actually went backwards.

Had a great experience with Brainium every time we hire them.
Have hired them for several projects from full website development to design of flyers.
Next project is to build our CRM from scratch.

Brainium's approach was very good from the start to end. They have a dedicated team. There were some delay in the development & UAT phase. But the project was completed almost on time and they coordinated with us very well.

Unfortunately, we had to terminate our contract with Brainium due to very unsatisfactory product. Moreover, very poor-quality work with no single documentation of quality check for test reports.

We had to transfer the project to another developer. After follow-ups with Brainium, they still insisted the project was fully functional even after sharing several evidence of malfunctioning.

For communication, we cannot take this positive side away from them. Nevertheless, the project costs our company lots of operational costs due to consistence malfunctioning of App.
