Delivery on Point with UPS, and first impression and training with the 2 Braingain 41.5 kg was very good. I hope they will last many years.

I’ve been using the BrainGain adjustable dumbbells for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is outstanding — solid, well-balanced, and clearly designed for long-term use. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and intuitive, making it incredibly easy to switch weights mid-workout without breaking momentum.
I also appreciate the attention to detail — from the stability when resting on the floor to the satisfying, precise locking system. It gives confidence that the weights are safe and reliable during every exercise.

The adjustable dumbbells (41.5 kg) are a real game changer for training at home. The build quality is excellent, everything feels solid, and the adjustment mechanism works smoothly.
Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and the secure packaging with thick Styrofoam molds left nothing to be desired. Overall, an excellent experience; highly recommended!

After an initial wobbly start with brain gain I have to come and ammend my review. While delivery took longer than expected and comms related to this delay were poor, the item itself (walking pad) arrived and it's good quality and study. Then post sale I was contacted by the customer service team to apologize and try and make ammends which I can very happily say they have indeed gone above and beyond to rectify this small error. We can all make mistakes, it's how it's delt with that shows how good a company is and brain gain really did get there in the end. Many thanks to Molly for her aftercare, it's been exceptional

MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT ORDER.I booked express shipping (“1–2 business days”), but in the end the delivery was significantly delayed and incomplete. Only the dumbbell stand was delivered; the dumbbells are still missing. At the same time, the Shop app showed the order as “delivered” even though not everything arrived. I only received the express shipping fee refund after complaining, but that’s not the main issue. Overall very disappointing: shipping handling, status/tracking, and communication do not meet expectations.

MEINE EMPFEHLUNG: NICHT BESTELLEN. Ich habe Expressversand „1–2 Werktage“ gebucht, am Ende war die Lieferung deutlich verspätet und unvollständig. Es wurde nur der Hantelständer geliefert, die Hanteln fehlen weiterhin. Gleichzeitig wurde in der Shop-App „delivered“ angezeigt, obwohl nicht alles angekommen ist. Den Express-Aufpreis gab es erst nach Beschwerde zurück, aber das ist nicht das Hauptproblem. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend: Lieferabwicklung, Status/Tracking und Kommunikation passen nicht.

I received mu dumbells, there was a problem with one of the weights (instead of 2.5 it was a 1.25 kg) which was swiftly handled by the support staff. The workout is well-fitted to my needs. Great product and I commend the support staff! Keep up the good work!

Bought 36kg pair of adjustable Dumbbells. Delivery very quick. Packaging secure over three boxes which made getting them in the house easier. Assembly straightforward. So far they work suberbly and I love them. Using alongside the Gym to allow me to sneak in lots of extra lifts through the day. Only used weight ranges from 8kg-26kg so far so plenty of room to grow. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a set and they have been an absolute game changer, in just a few weeks. Getting to the gym has always been tricky due to time constraints. But at home I don't have the space to have loads of kit. Braingain have provided the perfect solution! These dumbells offer exactly what I need and they tuck away neatly. Plus the ability to shift between different wrights is so smooth. Very impressed.

I bought a pair of 40kg adjustable dumbbells just over a couple of years ago. I was very happy with the product at the time, but within a year one of the dumbbells was showing different numbers on each end (it still worked so I carried on using it). Now the second one has done the same thing. Sometimes the handles get stuck and doesn’t attach the weight plates properly so they fall off when picking them up as the mechanisms have gone wrong inside the handle. They obviously offer a 24 month warranty on the products for a reason, as both dumbbell have the same issue now and are difficult to use. I paid a lot of money for this product and you don’t expect them to break within a couple of years. I have always been careful with them and they have been kept inside at all times and stored on one of the racks the company supplies. They are now trying to charge me £80 for new handles and they won’t be in stock until March. So unless you intend on paying for new dumbbells every 2 years, then avoid this company!!!

I‘m very happy with my adjustable handles from BrainGain. They are really comfortable and from high quality.
Customer service guy Zain helped me out with a small issue. I got a quick answer from him, he was very helpful and cooperative.
I can fully recommend the handles from BrainGain to everyone who loves doing workouts!

Brilliant service. Had issue with a selector from 4-5 year old adjustable dumbell messaged about a replacement spoke to Sultan got a reply sent pic of issue and new part sent out with in couple of days now working perfectly. Highly recommend thanks again. A+++++++

Great pair of dumbbells. Just be careful dont drop them. The handle on mine broke and a Sultan at customer service help understanding the problem and ordering a replacement part. Highly recommended
