Great product works exactly as expected, and great value as well. The 40kg adjustable weights are great and they are really easy to adjust.

The customer service was also fantastic, i realised i had made a mistake with the order but Hassan was brilliant and was able to resolve the issue.

My experience with the company (ordering process, payment, delivery time) was excellent.
I had a few questions along the way, and the customer service team (I’d especially like to mention Zaine) was professional, friendly, and focused on finding a solution quickly.
And let’s not forget: I think the product is really good!

After I've bought the 41,5kg adjustable dumbbells, I wanted to buy the new 34mm handles in chrome. Unfortunately, I've received them in black instead but it was really not a problem since Zain helped me quickly and sent me the correct ones. He and the company did their best to resolve this matter and it took just a day or two. I've done nothing but wait to receive my initial order as they handled all the return process by themselves. Their products are great and the customer service is even better.

Had the 24kg dumbells and after a couple of years the base has broken so I got in touch with the company if I could buy just the base. Sultan was very helpful so I decided to buy the 40kg dumbells as well as the base and got them all delivered within 24hrs. Great weights, great customer service highly recommended and have with my co workers.

I ordered a pair of weights with an advertised delivery of order 'now and receive it Tuesday 24th March 2026'. As you would expect the items should be delivered that day. Instead they despatched 1 item on the 24th March, not both. You contact them to resolve the issue however it takes almost 48hrs for them to respond and it seems something updates when you email in.

We are now 26th March 2026 and I've only received 1 item package 2of2, still waiting for package 1of2. There is no tracking number out for this package.

Avoid this company completely it is clear they do not care for their customers and are taking people for a ride.

I already owned the amazing 41.5kg adjustable dumbbells from Brain Gain, and I just received the Dumbbell Stand to complete my setup. The stand is incredibly sturdy, looks great, and makes changing weights so much easier and safer.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Sultan from the customer support team. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my order. It is rare to see such dedicated and responsive customer service these days.
I highly recommend Brain Gain to anyone looking to build a serious home gym!

I highly recommend this compagny.i ordered a pair of 41.5 kg dumbells ,and infortunately there was an error with the delivery ;one box contained plates of the wrong color and two plates were missing.
However ,i would like to thank Hassan for his responsiveness and professionalism. the issue was resolvedvery quickly and evethingis now in order.
My dumbbells are now completeand yhe product is simply magnificent.
