Bought a pair of 24kg adjustable dumbells.

One arrived faulty as the weight plate kept slipping out.

Customer service was excellent and was able to troubleshoot and identify the fault, and send me the replacement part within 3 days of raising the issue with them.

Weights are good - extremely easy to change weight and do the job nicely.

Great service from Sultan. There was an issue and he quickly rectified it with minimal fuss.

I bought a set of adjustable dumbbells a few months ago. One handle started to rattle a bit. I contacted the customer service that fixed the problem by sending me a new handle. Hassan, who assisted me, answered within minutes and I got my new handle in a couple of days. Excellent experience!

Great product and even better customer service. Really happy with dumbbells and when handles started sticking Hassan was very helpful and replaced them straight away. New handles worked perfectly.

I purchased the adjustable dumbbells last year and I have found them very easy to use and convenient. Recently a piece of plastic broke off from the handle and some of the weight combinations could not be selected. Zain from customer service solved the problem expertly and posted two brand new handles to me. The dumbbells are now as good as new. I would highly recommend.

Had a faulty adjustable dumbell stand and they replaced asap after it couldn't be sorted from home.

Got a very competitive deal through Jon for a number of different bits of equipment- he was excellent and I'm pleased with the equipment for the cost.

Unfortunately let down by the delivery and therefore can't give 5 stars and 4 is probably being generous. Either the warehouse didn't send out the second dumbbell or DHL drove off without ensuring they'd dropped off all boxes in the consignment. The savings I had made by placing an order with multiple products was therefore pretty much completely offset as I had to stay at my property for another two days. One in the hope the dumbbell turned up the following day and then again when the re-delivery was arranged. Jon did re-arrange this delivery very promptly after I'd notified him what had happened. Nevertheless it was an additional two days of staying in unpaid (as I'm self-employed) and unable to get somebody else to take delivery of the items.

I purchased a pair of the 40KG adjustable dumbbells from BrainGain and I do really like them. Their customer service was excellent. I had a faulty handle and although they had some stocking issues, Zain reassured me and was able to get me a replacement. I bought the dumbbells back in November 2024, so excellent customer service and they do help out with you 2 year warranty!

After nearly a year of use one of the clips snapped off. Within 24 hours a replacement was dispatched.

Great experience. Fast delivery. I had a problem with a dumbbell that was stuck, I sent a video of a problem and Zain from support sent me the same day a new handle that I received a few days later. Nothing to say

Adjustable dumbells, especially at the 40kg per side range are no small feat of engineering.
Braingain delivered a marvelous product here, smooth and easy to operate, easy to grip, and oh so heavy (40kg :( ).
Their support is also fantastic. I dropped once after a sweaty palm one of the dumbells, and a half plate was damaged. Completely my fault.
I called Braingain, and was answered by Sultan who was just the best. After a very short thread of identifying the exact part, they insisted on sending a new pair of half plates to my house, despite me insisting on paying.

So, why go braingain? Really good products, with phenomenal support.

Really good customer service. Is owned the 40kg hex dumbbells for over 2 years. They have taken a lot of use but one of the handles had started to inconsistently stop unlocking. I contacted the company directly and I was sorted out by Zain who arranged a new handle to be with me within a couple of days. Really impressed

I ordered the 40kg dumbbells and stand and they came as advertised. I did have an issue with one of the dumbbells and a part on the stand. I spoke to Braingain customer services who were great. The advisor I spoke to Sultan got everything I needed sorted very quickly and I am very happy with the purchase.

While the items they manufacture and sell cannot be said to be unexpensive, they still offer excellent value for money thanks to their unparalleled quality. Their adjustable dumbbells operate with the smoothness and precision of a watch; they're robust, sturdy and as comfortable to use as any ordinary fixed weight dumbell, without annoying protruding parts.

It's also worth mentioning their aftersale service.I contacted them because I had a question about the way the dumbbells work, and they responded very effectively and efficiently, clearing up all my questions in just a few emails. Thank you, Hassan, for your kind assistance!

The dumbbells are great. The mechanism is working perfectly. The weight can easily be ajusted in a few seconds. The dumbbells have good grip and are perfect for home workouts.

There were some shipping problems in the beginning (caused by the shipping company). Thanks to Zain from customer support for the competent and friendly help. In the end all arrived well.

Purchased the 36kg Adjustable dumbells over a year ago and they have been perfect until a couple of weeks ago. One of the handles would not unlock.

I contacted customer service and received immediate support from Sultan. A new handle was delivered within a few days.
