Asked David about a particular book which he managed to locate for me. As always an excellent service.

I was able to find an audiobook that I didn't even know was available anywhere anymore! David responded very quickly when I had questions about the shipping process, and he kept me informed the whole time. The cassette arrived quickly, even though it shipped internationally, and is exactly as described.

David at Brainfood Audiobooks gave really exceptional service and has high standards of product quality. I'd been very pleased to find an audio cassette title which I have long been looking out for in stock on the website and placed an order.
Then, having double checked the quality of the cassettes, David contacted me to say he wasn't happy with the audio quality and would either give me a refund, or he would subsitute a version of the same title on audio CD. I was very grateful for the suggestion and can report the audio CD was like new. Very satisfied with my experience with the company.

Very pleased! Received a checked and sealed box of audio CDs, which was a present for someone. The product was in excellent condition and was delivered quickly.

New to the website - find it confusing. Would welcome simple lists of authors & their books under topic categories, as in the traditional 3D library. So, i might want Travel, Biography, Historical fiction, or Crime - and so on. As it is, i find the site confusing - and probably won't use.

The purchase of the Audio Book has been a delightful and very personal experience.
