Brainable said that the IQ test was free, but then they charged me a fee. I really didn't appreciate that. I looked up Brainable and saw that there were lots of complaints along the same lines. I also think the IQ score I got from brainable was inaccurate based on other IQ tests I've taken. But my main concern was about being charged a fee. Thank you for canceling promptly. I appreciate it.

Price is not shown before the test. This website wastes people's time.

My comment to their customer service:

Why do you you not tell us the price before we waste our time doing this test…!!! It’s very annoying…!!! Some people have more important necessities to pay for with $9.95 per month. It just demonstrates a lack of integrity with regard to how your business model works. An up front pricing policy should be made law, and I’m sure I’m not the first to make this comment.

I don't like that the default is signing up to a regular subscription but they cancelled it soon enough

Brainable is removing any and all negative reviews on trustpilot. Brainable has ignored my email requests to cancel my subscription. I changed my card number and they still charged my account. I now have to shut my account down because of them. They are fraudulent!

I appreciate the fact that when I asked to cancel my subscription during the trial period it was done immediately. Thank you!

Test and how its results are pitched is a SCAM

They trick you to take the IQ test, get your full name and email address, then request for payment before they release your IQ test results.

Thought the monthly fee was pricey. Paid once and cancelled. You have to be a genius to understand the directions and an experienced computer user to complete the tests. Not for everyone.

Hilarious. In other IQ tests I have tested over 130. This I scored 110. This one said I was deficient in Math. I am a CPA with a Masters in Finance. I live numbers and Relationships. I'll play along and see if I can make this thing actually work.

Brainable caught my attention. I was curious about your IQ test. So I went along with it until the finish. I wanted to check my score but I got SURPRISED when I was required to join with a small fee to get my score. I don't like surprises. But OK, I'll live. Then I was disappointed that the score didn't seem to show me which answers I got wrong. The one test was sort of fun, but I will cancel my subscription before I get charged further.

I was curious as to whether I had reduction in previous score. I got the information I needed and was very happy with the explanation of my results.

I find the experience was good excellent.

Great testing but shady business… after the test, it asks you to pay 2.30 $ something to view the test results. Throughout the payment process, it pretends to be one time payment to view the results, but no, after agreeing to the terms of payment and submitting it, you actually have subscribed for 12 months starting next month at the rate of 24$ per month… if you do not immediately open an account with them and cancel it, you will not have a way to cancel it at all…. Keep paying 24$ per month…. It truly tests your IQs

I Q test is very interesting. Some puzzles were harder to come up with an answer than others, but I like a real challenge. Took a test 40 years ago in high school and I think the IQ quotient was about 118.
