Placed my Order on January 25
Placed my Order on January 25. It is February 25 and no update, no shipment, no answer to my emails. The website says shipment 25-30 days. Well... day 31 and nothing.
Update - after this review, I got an email confirming delay in shipment. Will wait what happens next.
March 8th - still nothing.
April 11th, received part of the Order, ie one piece. The second item - no news. It is over 2,5 months now.

The colour is not as red as you think.
The colour is not as red as the pictures on the website. It looks more brown than red. The cloth also is a little more rough than I thought. While I appreciate it was made to order, I feel disappointed that I spent so much for something that was not as red as I needed it to be. I wanted it for a brand shoot and a speaking engagement that I needed to wear red at.

I gave this as a gift to my wife for Christmas and she was very pleased with the look (2 sided) and feel of the robe. It was tailored exactly to the dimensions given and she said it was the perfect weight. I would give this 5 stars but within 2 months of wearing it she’s already noted 2 areas of fraying. She is very careful not to catch the robe or hang it on something that could ruin it. Maybe this was a flaw in the fabric but for the price I didn’t expect that this quickly.

Wrong sizes, bad quality and very long returning process
Unfortunately 3 of 5 ordered pieces had a wrong size and also not the quality of materials and colors as they were presented in the Internet Videos and pics. Also the return/ recharged service is still not closed, even I sent the pieces on 19th January 2026 to given return address in Sweden. So, Klarna is still taking money from my bank account.
