How the Mighty are Fallen
Something has happened at Brag Vintage, as a result of which their customer service has gone to s**t. The jeans I ordered on 1 October never turned up. My email on 9 October went unanswered. Attempts to call the company on both published phone numbers were met by "number unobtainable" messages. My account online has disappeared. Suspect the company just got too big for its boots and imploded. AVOID

False Advertising
I am sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with Brag Vintage. The jeans I purchase were falsely advertised stating they are 33” waist. The tags inside are blacked out with a permanent black marker but you can see that they are a 32” waist. We will be donating these jeans

Product was accurate
Product was accurate. Delivery system was confusing: website indicated 48 hour Royal Mail delivery system was being used but the actual delivered was Yodel and the date set was 10 days in the future. However, it did actually come on the 10 day future date specified.

Jeans that were sent to me did not…
Jeans that were sent to me did not correspond with sizes marked. When returned Brag said they were correct but then agreed not measured before despatch and then refunded me cost + return postage. First time I've had a problem after quite a few previous purchases.
