It took over a week for my order to be dispatched. It was only when I sent an email that 12 hours later I received the dispatch notification.
Beware if you’re returning items, as it apparently can take up to 21 days to receive a refund!

Our dispatch timeframes are displayed on each product listing underneath the size selection, with some items taking up to 7 business days to dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We’re sorry if this timeframe was not clear when your order was placed.
We’re also very sorry that you experienced a delay with your refund. Following the warmer weather and peak holiday season, we experienced an unexpected increase in order volumes, including a significant rise in returns. As we sell intimate products, every returned item must undergo enhanced hygiene and quality checks before a refund can be approved and processed.
As a small independent business, our returns team has been working tirelessly to process returns as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise that this resulted in your refund taking longer than expected.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details are emailed to the customer so they can follow the delivery progress.

I had a positive experience with this company. I ordered a swimsuit. It was delivered very quickly. I liked the item very much and have kept it.
I also ordered two items from Debenhams, which I now realise is DBZ Marketplace. (I shall write a review for them). These items were to be dispatched by BraForMe.
Delivery was much slower. I also needed to return them. I heard nothing from Debenhams so contacted BraForMe directly. Customer Services at BraForMe were fantastic. You get to exchange emails with real people, not the computer generated messages that you get from Debenhams that are no help at all.
I would have no hesitation in using BraForMe again but only directly through their own site, rather than a market place. Their own site was cheaper in this instance anyway.

Following an investigation into the delivery, the courier’s tracking information confirms that the parcel was delivered to your property. Unfortunately, no specific delivery instructions or safe place had been provided to the courier in advance.
As the tracking had updated to advise that delivery was taking place that day, the courier delivered the parcel to the property as normal rather than to a specific safe place.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but the delivery was completed in accordance with the information and instructions available to the courier at the time.

BraForMe is very efficient to deal with. It's paperless returns system works very well and refunds are paid as promised. Although my order didn't fit I look forward to buying from the company in future.
