I was not home for the delivery but the…
I was not home for the delivery but the driver left the dumpy bags on the edge of the driveway so the drive was usable very thoughtful he also left a voicemail telling me what he had done very impressed with the whole process thank you.

Bought some decking for delivery, when it came, the incorrect size had been loaded; however, the delivery driver, John (Weston-s-Mare), was very patient & came back just 30 minutes later with the correct decking boards plus the manhole cover I'd ordered after for collection. He was king polite and went above & beyond. Thank you.

Will definitely shop here again
Online shopping was easy and the delivery was spot on. Great communication from the store and the delivery guy was so lovely and interactive with my 2 year old boy who loves lorry’s. Also 10% off at check out was a help!

Best value builder’s merchants around.
Delivered to the door free. The driver John offloaded our supplies exactly where we wanted and was friendly and helpful. Always use Bradfords for our supplies whenever possible. Best value around.

The delivery was perfect
The delivery was perfect, the driver was polite, friendly and very helpful,even helping us carry the goods up.the drive.We would highly recommend Bradford's and will be using them again,oh and an unbeatable price,less than half of the Jewsons price !!

Ordered some 4.8m lengths of timber…
Ordered some 4.8m lengths of timber online but we site said "not available for delivery from your local depot". I was going to collect on my roof rack in 3 or 4 journeys but called and queried why delivery wasn't available. Staff were helpful and looked into it and delivered for free within 48 hours.
