Bradfords - St Austell BBS Reviews 

I was in need of some fence panels from a local company due to our location and access. I found the items required and better quality/price than elsewhere, did an online order which was very straight forward. one question asked was access to the delivery location which I explained, the following day the manager called to ask about access and so he could send the correct sized vehicle which made complete sense as many companies don't and the driver is faced with a problem. Customer service was great and so was the delivery driver, nice guy and very helpful. Will definitely use Bradfords in the future.

Good products at a great price and a very sociable delivery driver too.

Apart from the great selection of goods to buy, the staff on-site are always friendly and keen to assist.

Overall, very easy to select and pay online and collect once notified. Competitive prices.
The only reason it wasnt 5 stars was the collection process - having to collect a ticket from the counter, use that to get the products which is no problem, but then to have to queue up again to return the ticket to the main counter seemed an unnecessary complication. Overall very good

Ordered online collected the following day, spoke to I think James on the phone who was very helpful with his knowledge about the product.

Ordered online, easy to use web site and to create an account. Best price in the area by far. Kept informed on the delivery of my order. Delivery driver really polite and very helpful.

Several previous deliveries from this outstanding company have proved how care, efficiency and patience make for a very pleasant experience.

Booked my stuff online they took payment, I went to collect and 4 of the items had been refunded due to no stock, went to the shelf, and they were in stock, no sign of a refund through PayPal, but I still had to pay for the items again. 1 Week later still no refund. GET YOUR STOCK LEVELS RIGHT, ST. AUSTELL & LAUNCESTON.

Bradfords St Austell is a fantastic branch.
They are always so helpful and welcoming.
They go the extra mile in their customer service, which really unusual for building merchants. They will always be my first choice , even though I work for a competitor of theirs.

Placing an order on the website was easy I was able to see stock levels at my preferred Bradfords. After placing my order I received a phone call from said Bradfords thanking me for my order and to arrange a delivery day. Excellent customer service

The team at St Austell branch are always great - could communication on deliveries and the drivers are always very helpful. Had reason to collect some materials from the branch a couple of days ago - the yard team are also very helpful
