Poor all round
Ordered some fence posts for click and collect. Waited 3 days for a confirmation call like promised but nothing happened. So thinking its a mistake I called to confirm. All fine they said you can pick it up tomorrow morning. I was called back that afternoon just before closing to be told they actually didn't have the posts in stock and don't know when they would be. Also because of the lateness of there reply it left no time to arrange a replacement from somewhere else so had to wright of the weekend I had set aside for the project. Will never use again.

I placed an order online
I placed an order online, then got a phone call confirming delivery date. On that date, the order hadn't arrived by 3pm. so I rang them. They said the order was confirmed for that day but didn't know why it had not gone out and now they had no time to get it out. Then they rang back and said it would be with me shortly, as they had found someone who could deliver it. It came, delivered by a really nice, helpful guy. So they screwed up but saved the situation. Is that great service, or bad service?

had to wait 10 days and then it arrive at 16:00 and derived by one girl driver. said Steve sent her out. what happened to social distance when it need a two man lift.
please get your act together
wont be using again until this is sorted.
