Great to get free delivery. The store could give better updates on picking and estimated delivery. Getting a text on the morning that it will be delivered and then specifying the whole day from 8:30 to 4:00 does not really help me schedule my life.

No communication from local branch
I ordered a 500 litre bulk bag of bark mulch for delivery by my local branch (Evercreech) on 09/05. Apart from the order confirmation email I received no further contact from Bradfords. No calls, texts or emails. This morning the delivery turned up at my home address. I was rather taken by surprise, but as luck would have it I was at home and able to accept the delivery. I must say the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating; I didn't discuss the unexpected nature of the delivery with him as I didn't consider him to be at fault. Having checked my online account it doesn't list my orders, and states some information is missing or out of date? I guess there is some sort of technical issues, although the payment was taken successfully! I don't know how the delivery was arranged and dread to think what would have happened had I not been at home, it's not like it's something that could be posted through my letterbox. My contact details appear on the delivery note and I've checked my spam, call log, voicemail etc. Absolutely no contact whatsoever! The product itself seems fine, the price was good and the ordering process straightforward. As I said I can't fault the delivery driver but the lack of communication from the local branch is shocking. I have more garden supplies to order but would be extremely nervous to use Bradfords again for fear of a repeat, especially considering my online account holds no record of the transaction.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Has to make several calls chasing the order, told it will be delivered following day but never arrived. Had to collect part of order.

All good. Fence panels are fine. Delivery man very friendly. Only query being we were not notified of delivery. Luckily we were in!

Ordered sharp sand to lay some slabs in the garden, very helpful delivery driver, he dropped the bags in the garden exactly where I wanted them, obviously within the reach of the crane.
