STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Totally misleading adverts. Should be banned from any publication in Ireland and the .ie website should be blacklisted. They operate out of a P.O Box address and a voicemail recording system in Dublin. No actual outlet in Ireland. They advertise in € but you get billed in STG£ which ends up more than the advertised and invoiced price you receive. Then there is the import charges for an item entering Ireland from the UK. Item held by customs until charges paid. Absolutely no mention of this on any advert, no tracking number given for shipments. Customer care total joke. You reply to the BOT emails you get back from them with the required info they looked for and then hear nothing again. 3 weeks now and not 1 reply. My €130 item is gonna cost me nearly €190 to actually get it.
Bradford could not even enter the correct customs code for my item. Overvalued customs declaration and wrong item description. They declared the item value as £129.95 instead of €129.95. The CCPC and UK trading standards watchdog need to step in and do something about this company.
Amazingly got a Facebook message after posting this review to say my case has been escalated to your warehouse manager. They want me to send the product back using a prepaid returns label that they will send me and then they will resend the item back to me again through an updated tax free shipment method so I wont have a customs charge on it. Not sure they grasp the fact that Irish customs are holding my item until the import charges are paid on it. I don't have it to send it back and I wont get it unless I pay the €46 import charges which defeats the whole purpose of the suggestion from Bradford.
Quick update. The item finally arrived. The inside of the items box read "To my darling daughter.....". They sent out a returned item as NEW PRODUCT without even inspecting it first. This company is SO BAD they should be shut down.
