Great service
Matt Page explained the cover succinctly and made the whole application process fuss free. He was very patient working with me (busy single mum who has barely any free time) and I felt like my custom was important. Thank you Matt!

Really helpful and informative
Really helpful and informative. Because of time restraints it was particularly useful to me to be able to discuss my needs over email to begin with. Very prompt and friendly staff when we finally chatted on the phone. Great experience that's given me much peace of mind.

The adviser was friendly and supportive throughout the process and always available to look into and address any issues or concerns I had.

Very helpful and nothing was too much…
Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained things to me when I wasn’t quite sure about certain elements. There was no hard sell and was all done at our pace. Made the process of setting up multiple policies very easy. Would definitely recommend.
