Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience — not recommended
I ordered shoes from Bozoom with a very high discount, which initially seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very frustrating.
After a very long wait, the shoes finally arrived — but they looked nothing like the photos online. The quality was poor, and they felt cheap. I returned them immediately.
To make things worse, I was refunded only €1, supposedly based on their unclear return policy, which was barely visible or understandable on their website. Trying to contact customer service was equally disappointing: extremely delayed responses and very unclear communication.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Bozoom. What seemed like a bargain ended up being a waste of time and money. Do not buy from Bozoom!!

Regarding the return conditions, it's not true:
1. All return conditions are clearly posted on all our sales sites.
2. Before making the return, you are asked if you accept them (if you don't accept them, we don't send you the return documentation). Therefore, you were aware of all the conditions.
3. We always give you the option to make the return through your own means. You didn't do this and chose our cost and methods.
Please tell us the truth.

En cuanto a las condiciones de devolución, no es cierto:
1. Todas las condiciones de devolución están claramente publicadas en todos nuestros sitios de venta
2. Antes de hacer la devolución se le pregunta si las acepta ( si no las acepta, no le enviamos la documentación para hacer la devolución). Por tanto, usted estaba al tanto de todas las condiciones)
3. Siempre damos la opción de que usted pueda hacer la devolución por sus medios . Usted no lo hizo y eligio nuestro coste y medios
