So cheerful, polite and helpful and now we have a warm house and hot water again.

So disappointed in this company as I'd hoped for good things. My son had to pay a customs charge to get his shirt...which would have been acceptable had the shirt not been from some obscure Thai team which don't even play anymore! I questioned this and was told that they do send obscure team shirts. There is a difference however between that, and an old shirt from a now non-existent club. This was not worth the price even without the customs fee- and to get any sort of refund you have to send the worthless shirt back at your own cost. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company- You'd be cheaper buying a shirt and sending it yourself.

Enjoyed the shirt, subscription was cheaper than other boxes I found. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the Box to Box service. Had an issue where my old address was automatically input had no problems getting it changed and my shirt arrived today and I am very happy with it.
