Placing the orders, shipment and delivery, Wright! Let’s see after wearing them…

The boxers are from good quality, feels good, stitching looks good. Only big downside is that the elastic band on the bottom is creeping up and they are a bit short. For that reason I am not going to buy new ones. And also don't know if I'm going to use them. So for me it was a bit waste of money.

Really good products, socks or underwear are well maid and really Nice to wear.
I will comeback for sur to buy others products.

They are awesome. You don't even notice you are wearing underwear. Everything stays cool down there.

Ich habe anhand der Größentabelle auf der WebSeite und nachdem ich mich gemessen habe Größe M bestellt. Die Shorts waren zu groß und haben unschöne Falten geworfen. Ich wollte dann gegen Größe S tauschen, aber ohne Retourenkosten zu übernehmen, da ich nichts für die falsch angegebenen Größen auf der WebSeite kann. Mehrmals habe ich Boxt angeschrieben, jedoch wurde die Übernahme der Retourenkosten verweigert, so dass mich der Spaß knappe 9€ und eine Menge Arbeit gekostet hat. Für nichts. Nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung.

I ordered size M according the table on Boxr WebSite after measuring as demanded on the Boxr WebSite. Unfortunately the shorts were too big, there were very unsexy wrinkles in the material. So I wrote several times to Boxr, I wanted to change to size S but wont pay the retour-shipping because it's not my fault the table on their WebSite shows the wrong size. Boxr refused and I had to pay nearly 9€ !! (9$) to return the unusable undies. Never again!

This is my first experience with BOXR underwears. I never felt so well, quality of the product is over the top, after washing very quickly dried, smooth like silk !!! I totally adopt those underwears. I strongly recommand.

After about 5 days delay bringing the items to DHL after the shipped information was received i cancelled the order. Now, three weeks passed since, the parcel shipment is returned and received over a week by sender. Boxrstore is still in deepsleep. No refund info or reaction on email.
Its almost unprofessionally and underwhelming. Now its time to call back the money through the payment provider.

Appendix:
After writing this Boxr Store answered my Email. They apologized for didn‘t receiving my first Message with the cancellation and asked me for a new shipment. I negotiate and asked for my money.
After that they wrote, they told me in an answer for the Mail they didn‘t receive, not to return by rejecting the Shipment. Do the Parcel is now in an Location for only outgoing Shipments. Maybe in 4 weeks they will have a look on it what is told by the tracking information immediately.
So, if you need a really bad customer experience-> buy there.

I bought a full set of underwear pieces (10pc each). The material feels very good and smooth.
The fit is superior and my wife loves the underwear on me.

WARNING: The underwear is very warm! Since I was looking for a breathable underwear, I landed at BOXR. Unfortunately, there is a major drawback to the material: The sweat is very well forwarded, however, the undershirt - despite deodorant - starts to smell unpleasant after only a few hours. So bad that you have to take it off. The same applies to the underpants. I previously wore 100% cotton, I did not have these problems.

The customer support is unfortunately very intransigent and is not even minimally accommodated me (10-20% refund). Of course, the return period has already passed but a complaint shows the true customer friendliness of a company. Here I was fobbed off with a 10% voucher and a few nice words. It seems as if business is not particularly good and they have to hold on to every dollar here.

Thus, almost 450$ in the sand!

Therefore, only 2 stars and those are for the great feel and material. 2 points deduction because of the disgusting smell of sweat and 1 point deduction because of the poor customer service.

So watch out when you order the underwear. Order rather only one part and wear it 2-3 times and then see if it smells with you also so quickly after sweat, before you throw so much money out the window like me.

Nothing to remark.

The size M is to small, so i can not wear the expensieve underware. Plesse not Wüst is the size M. Because I ise mormaly size medium. I should order size L (Large).
Is there a solution for the wrong size?

you order, you pay, you get a very nice product. Easy as it always should be, but is mostly not. They feel great so I am ordering some more.
