The exterior of the shoes are very appealing. Love the color and the beauty of them. But in reality, wearing them all day long is a different story. I have a relatively small feet. But the even it is right size, the small toe felt torchered. It is a bit narrow on the front so it is tiring after an hour later. And the back of the shoe rubs my feet and made me feel like to get out of it. This kind of shoes usually have no issue like that but somehow it is very painful to wear them a long time. I guess this will be my last time to purchase shoes from this brand.

I bought a pair for I think around $65 USD. Wore them to walk to work, probably not even every day. They lasted six months and now have big holes in the heels, letting water in if the ground is wet.

Will not buy again.

I bought a pair of trainers about a year ago. I have never had any issues with the size 8 of any company however with boxfresh the fitting was not very comfortable. It starts hurting after few steps. The back and toe area starts applying pressure on feet. Stopped wearing them after couple of uses.

Ordered shoes on line, they were delivered promptly.
Would have given 5 stars but have had trouble with obtaining the shoe and shoe size I've required in the past. Maybe it was the end of line I was after.

I've bought boxfresh trainers for the last few years, I'm pretty heavy on my shoes, but these just take the abuse and last.

Good looking trainers that I still don't see that many of about, like they're kinda exclusive.

Areas for improvement:
1) I created an account with the intent that i can track my order/delivery, however, it order was not appearing. I did not also receive a message/notification on my phone delivery status
2) The box was not that clean upon opening of the package
3) Limited images in the website. Could add a 360 view function

Positive highlights:
1) Delivery was ahead of date stated online

I bought a pair of boots which I then realise that one of the boots was faulty, it gives me pain when walking as it folds in the middle and that increases the pressure on my toes.
I contacted Boxfresh for 2 times via email and I have not heard from them in any occasion, I have sent the emails over 6 months ago!
Both emails were separated by 3 months. Totally unacceptable!
