Not Comfortable and Poor Customer Service

Boxers themselves are a little strange and in no way worked for me. I think the design is completely flawed and there are many other better options out there.

I ordered a six pack in optimism and when I tried to return the other 5 pairs I was told I could only return all 6 together and they all had to be unworn.

So I guess we are just supposed to look at them and decide if they will be a good fit or comfortable?

They are all wrapped individually so this return policy makes no sense - other than to dupe people into buying their product knowing full well they will never accept a return.

Contacted customer service team to question this and never heard back from them.
