Jrny began billing me

Jrny began billing me, however I received absolutely nothing from them. I disputed the charge with my credit card, but they billed me again a month later.
I attempted to call them however, cannot get anyone on the phone. They do not respond to emails….
I reported this as a fraudulent charge and closed this credit card, by changing the acct number. Now that they don’t have my card info, I hope to be rid of them

The WORST DO NOT FLL FOR THIS SCAM there needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company when they give you ZERO but check your insurance to see if you will qualify and you get nothing

I never got to do the vitual visitation…

I never got to do the vitual visitation as promised. I never ordered any medications yet this company has been deducting $89 every month. What makes it horrible is that, you can't call them to talk about anything, no number available. When needed via their email, no one cares to call to address the issue. I feel ripped off. Very disappointed.

Don’t believe what you read

Don’t believe what you read. This company is doing exactly what other companies are doing but other companies are clearly stating it’s going to be X number of dollars and then the medication is this price this company did not do that. I paid $89 thinking OK for one month I will give it a try and then my insurance would click in. I received a call saying oh no that’s not what it meant and blah blah. They’re full of . I’m filing a complaint With Better Business Bureau, they need to be stopped. If this is their rule of operation, then clearly state that do not false advertise.

SCAM! BAIT & SWITCH

For the love of God, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! It is a bait and switch!! They have taken $274 from me and then, after I paid my money, they have come back and said they use "a different drug but just like Munjaro" 🙄 Also, after paying the $274 to Jrnys, they switch and say that they don't MAIL you your prescription, you have to go spend another exorbitant amount of money at your local pharmacy to actually GET the drug!! I wish I would have done more homework on this company. There are at least 30 bad (REALLY bad) reviews that were VERY easy to find. Please, learn from MY mistake!! This is a SCAM!!

This is a fraud company

This is a fraud company. They advertise prescriptions for the cost. They DO NOT. I paid $174 and waited for their recommendation they gave me was Semiglutide. I did not receive and they said it was only for a subscription to their service.

Do NOT buy from these frauds.

I lead a very busy life so the protein powder is really handy for me.

It means I can ditch the crazy amount of supplement pots I was consuming knowing I'm getting the right vitamins and minerals in my body.

Love the brand too!
