Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I have been trying to return my order within the 14 day returns policy. You are not allowed to return without contacting them first or you will not receive a refund. I have contacted them 4 times.... no response. I am now over the 14 days.

I ordered the 3 set product for Xmas…

I ordered the 3 set product for Xmas and when paying my credit card pre populated our old address that we haven’t lived at in 6 years.

2 mins after placing the order, I emailed customer support and I requested they change my shipping address to the correct address. They responded and said there was no way they can change the address once the order is placed, and said if there’s anything else I need please don’t hesitate to ask. Are you f’n kidding me.

Horrible customer service, they had my order number exactly 2 mins after I got the confirmation email which said please allow 4 business days for delivery… and you can’t change the address?

Please don’t buy from this product, shady customer service, all they care about is that they got your money.

Bad, liars

I spoke to them about the ball being destroyed by my dog, they said if I bought the green Boxbollen (McGregor edition) they would send an extra ball free of charge, after the purchase was made, they say it was a mistake on their part, an email exchange! I am a Boxbollen customer, I have 4 units, this is a lack of respect towards their own customers! I have the emails to prove the entire conversation.

I had a terrible experience with Boxbollen. The product arrived faulty (snapped), and their customer service was unhelpful. If you’ve already bought it and are having issues, make sure you paid by credit card. Here's what worked for me:

Dispute the charge with your credit card provider.

Say the item arrived faulty.

They may ask for an independent report — instead, send clear photos showing the damage.

Since it’s visually obvious, you usually won’t need a report.

I got my money back this way.

Don’t waste your time or money. Avoid Boxbollen if you can.

Terrible product

Terrible product. Broke within 15 minutes of play. The ball came right of the crappy elastic. When I reached out to the company, which I bought directly from Boxbollen, they said sorry, no guarantees or returns. Save your money!! Not worth it

This company is a complete SCAM!!!
I placed and order in November and never received it!
When I contacted them they firstly didn’t reply and when they did refused to give me a refund. It went round in circles before I gave up wasting my time.
Utter disgrace!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I purchased Boxbollen as a Christmas gift back in December, but unfortunately, I have still not received the product. Despite repeatedly providing my address, they continued to request it and assured me the item would be sent. When I eventually requested a refund, there was no response from the company. This has been a very frustrating experience with their customer service and really regret not reading the thousands of 1 star reviews first before purchasing.

Didn’t even receive it

Didn’t even receive it! Missed my son’s birthday. It has now been 22 days and still nothing. I have also now seen that the product is crap if you do get it! Very disappointed I spent $69 on this. It is also now on sale for $49. Wonder if I will ever get it….

Disgusting company, no customer service what’s so ever. I ordered the wrong product from them in December. I tried to cancel the order straight away so I could order the right item. They ignored my request and sent me the item. I have tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions all ignored. The item remains in the sealed delivery bag as item is not what we wanted. Save yourself the hassle and order from companies that have a good customer service rating. Absolute con artists!!!

E COMMERCE PIRATES CROOKS AND THIEVES

This order was placed in December, made the required first payment and never received product. Financed through SHOP PAY/AFFIM, they keep hounding me to make additional payments. I've reached out to BOXBOLLEN they are a total scam. Company is from Sweden and they're business practices are certainly different then those observed in the USA. The celebrities they've paid to promote their product must be in financial straights to align themselves with such an UNETHICAL company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR INTERNET BUSINESS PIRATES CROOKS AND THEIVES.

Wish I could give this 0 stars!! Horrible company, DO NOT buy from them! I ordered one and I did receive the item, but sent the item back. It is nothing more than a dollar store item. There were no return instructions, so I emailed them asking for return instructions. I did receive the instructions with an address, but had to send it back at my expense, figured I would do that and at least get a refund because they are very expensive. I sent the item back, & sent them a tracking #, which they asked me to do. I waited for my refund once I saw on the tracking that the item had been received on their end. No refund came. After a few weeks, I emailed them, no reply. Emailed them again, no reply. Set up an investigation with PayPal, they came back and said they could not get a reply either so nothing was done. I was not going to let them get by with this, So I kept emailing them, but no response! I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received a few emails from the Better Business Bureau that they were trying their best, but this company would not respond, however, my complaint would remain on file for three years. I sent Boxbollen an email letting them know I had sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and it would be on file for three years, and I would be telling everyone I knew not to order from them and that I was going to complain to my attorney general, and also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I finally received an email from them after that, almost 3 months later! I finally received a refund!!! It took all of that, but I was not giving up. Especially after sending the product back, My Complaint was always that they had stolen my money since I had Returned the product, but never received a refund. Although their dollar store product is very expensive, after a while it just became a matter of principle with me and the money did not matter. I just was not gonna let a company steal my money, and ignore me without letting people know. I work too hard for my money, to let companies like this try to steal your money, does not work with me! You have to stick up for yourself and not let people like this get by with these types of things!

Do not order from this company!!!!

Do not order from this company!!!!! I ordered 2 before Christmas. I never received them. I contacted Boxbollen 2x - no response. I disupted it through Paypal and was denied because the carrier shows it was delivered. I never received it!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!

DO NOT PURCHASE!! Was promised this product by a certain date. It was a week late. Had to purchase something else as a gift. Tried to return it due to late receipt. They will not pay for return shipment. They had the item now for 16 days and still no refund and they are not responding to email requests for status.

Scam - Avoid

'Product' arrived, ball came off string after first use, on reporting the product as faulty was told to ship it back to the US at my expense. I refused and have been given a UK address again at my expense. I provided them with the UK distance selling regulations:
"The regulations governing distance selling in the UK, which include online purchases, state that in the event that a product is found to be faulty you are able to reject the goods and return them to the seller at the seller's expense"

To which they replied:
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

Like others here I believe they know what they are doing, the cost of return is not worth the £20 they are pocketing from unfortunate customers.

Please avoid - I am reporting to Trading Standards.

I ordered 2 five packs and paid 19.99…

I ordered 2 five packs and paid 19.99 for 2 day shipping for Christmas gifts because I wanted the gifts on time. Shipping was free if I wasn’t worried about when it got there. It arrived after Christmas. Box Bollen blamed UPS and UPS said I’m sorry and to contact Box Bollen. If you order take advantage of the free shipping and make Box Bollen pay for it.
