Brilliant all round service!

The first time I have used BoxaThing.com and to be honest I was dubious about using them as there were not many reviews and the price of my item was £50 cheaper than everywhere else so I thought ok right I will pay via paypal and I will be covered.
When I purchased the Corsair K70 mk2 I got an email confirmation of an order but the system they use was similar to a previous system I had purchased from that was a scam and I wasn't aware until after the purchase. This worried me so I messaged BoxaThing on their Facebook page to make sure the order had been recogniszed and asked when it will likely arrive and I had a lovely representative that said they had got the order and that they will see if their team can get it out that day but if not I should recieve the item by Friday. Brillaint! thats great as I had a business plan to finish and had no keyboard. That afternoon I had DHL tracking and it all worked. Phew it looks like the item is on it's way and next day!
Now DHL caused issue due to the weather and staff shortages but I got the item the next day after and that in perfect condition and was still before I was supposed to get it in the first place.
While DHL had issues I messaged BoxaThing and the representative kept me up to date and kept up with great communication through out right until it arrived.

The item arrived but not in the typical corsair oem packaging, just plain brown boxing which is probably why it was cheaper and thats exactly what BoxaThing does.
It did come in perfect condition with all its warranty and manuals and extra keycaps and key cap tool.Everything it was supposed to.
It works and its a lovely keyboard and i'm typing this review on it now.

Over all a fantastic service all the way through and based on this experiance I would purchase again from this company.

I havent had an issue with returning as I haven't required it and understand a person on a previous review has had issues with RMA so I can't speak for that but for me buying from here has been as it should be with any outlet and been a good one.

Great service and great item at a great price!

Bought a GPU had a problem with it and wanted to return and that is where the problem begins.
I had to apply for RMA by contacting them first instead having an option of automatic return like ebay or amazon.
Told me that RMA request will take 24 hours but it took almost a week and I had to contact them every day to get the RMA otherwise they would not accept returns.
I paid delivery + extra for return becuase the first delivery was unsuccessful because the office was closed which I had no idea. So I paid extra to tell the delivery service to deliver it at a later time.
In terms of communication it is not bad and quick but i would recommend not buying from here if a problem comes up because it will become very frustrating and pay extra to make sure delivery is complete.

This is not an accurate review by the customer. The unit was returned for incompatibility with his system. We have responded all his queries promptly everyday (multiple times a day). In it took less than a week for us to provide full refund. It could have been earlier, but the customer had arranged delivery for out of hours, when our office was closed. We have even waived the restocking fee. Shame that the customer posted a negative comment since we always strive for excellence.
