The bowls were delicious and packed full of flavour. Cooking instructions were really easy to follow and quick to prepare for a midweek meal.

Another win! So easy to make and incredibly tasty! The Rio Carnival bowl is our absolute favourite followed closely by the Monsoon bowl.

Wow so impressed with Bowled over. I ordered the ‘By no means Dhal bowl’ and couldn’t recommend it enough. From the ingredients to cooking time it was spot on. This dish tastes so good and was great to have something different. Great concept from Jen ☺️

I love bowled over! It arrived in a great looking box. The cooking time is not long at all. I highly recommend for anyone who have little experience in the kitchen as there are easy instruction to follow. I feel confident in following the instructions and the food smelled and looked delicious, I love the recepie-box concepts!!

We thoroughly enjoyed making this rio carnival bowl! It was bursting with flavour and everything arrived in neat and tidy packaging! The recipe card was really easy to follow and all the ingredients were super fresh and organic - we love organic produce we feel it makes all the difference when cooking a great meal! Jennifer is also super lovely, we would recommend the experience :)

The food was very well packaged. The cold food remained cold and the other ingredients were fresh. The meal exceeded my expectations and was delicious. The chicken especially was very juicy and succulent.

I had a lovely experience receiving a Bowled Over package.... I'm a real novice cook and I found following the instructions very easy and fun... I was really happy with my meal after it was enough for two days for a person living alone perfect ❤️

I had the pleasure of trying one of the bowl - The Rio Carnival Bowl and it was absolutely divine!
The package came super secure. There was chicken and it was packed separately from the other ingredients and in a freezer bag to maintain chillness.
Everything was measured and provided accurately for you to make the dish - amazing for someone like me that isn't a great cook!
The instructions were clear and straight to the point! And it was on a very nicely designed card too. Little fine details like that make the experience much more fun and memorable!

Now onto the dish - it was SO TASTY! It stated it feeds 2 people but the portion was massive (and I can eat A LOT).. it could have easily fed 3 people comfortably. I didn't even need a starter or dessert (and I never usually say no to dessert)!

Using this gourmet recipe box has been super fun and genuinely made me feel like a professional chef in the kitchen! The flavour was spot on and it was so healthy at the same time too!
I can't wait to see what cuisines Bowled Over will be bringing next! Subscribed for sure!

Opening up my box and seeing that pop of yellow amongst the packaging was a lovely surprise! The ingredients were fresh and full of colour and the poultry arrived chilled. The recipe cards were a nice size for me, enabling me to read and follow the guide seamlessly. As for the meals, amazing! I was very pleased, The Rio Carnival Bowl was an absolute hit in our household! A deliciously satisfying, healthy meal made and served within an hour.
